I had 3 kitchen shut off vales replaced, a kitchen faucet replaced ( which I bought) and a new garbage disposal replaced. I pd $2300.00 for all of this. I feel I was highly overcharged. The tech did a good job and everything looks good so far. Again, the price was outrageous. I have used Plumbline before for a water heater replacement. I felt the price was fair and the job was done well, but after this last job, I doubt I will recommend Plumbline or use them again. I'm giving only 2 stars for the price.

I have used Plumbline to install a new A/c and furnace in the last 3 years. I had an employee come out to service the furnace they installed and quoted me $900 for a cleaning!!!! I regularly change my filter and keep my home clean. I have owned 9 homes of various sizes and have never been quoted such an outrageous estimate. I also received a very aggressive voicemail following up to remind me I needed to pay $900 for cleaning or they would not honor the warranty issued on my furnace. I will not recommend or use this service again. I have gotten several other quotes that are not anywhere near this cost. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman but this experience has been very disappointing and I will make sure none of my family or friends use their services! Beware of price gouging!

See I e request was placed online.
Took the expected date of service off from work.
On expected day of service did a follow up call to company to see if we were still on for service as it was late in the day.
Customer service told me that the online system allowed me to book an appointment that was not available.
Despite me getting a confirmation email-mail after booking.
When escalated- nothing could be done.
Next available appointment was not until August 2024..
What a joke--- they claim to be experts in customer service on advertisements but clearly failed on this booking.

Price Gouging at its worst

We had a kitchen sink backing up and they were out to fix it within 2 hours. Justin was exceptional. He was very professional and resolved the problem quickly. He took great care to make sure everything was clean and disinfected when he left. I would highly recommend! And the price was fair.

I recently had plumbing work done by Plumbline Services. Some general plumbing work along with replacing my garbage disposal. upon receiving the bill , being a fairly trusting person, I signed the bill and paid it. Later I checked the bill and was horrified by the what they charged me to replace my garbage disposal. I provided the new disposal and they charged me $394.00 to install it. I am a senior citizen and feel I was taken advantage of by these people. I've replaced a number of these in my younger years and even though I wasn't a plumber it never took me over an hour. $394.00 for less than an hours work. I will never use these people again or would I recommend them to anyone else.

I had my ac replaced by Plumbline.

They brag of high quality service, but the ac failed the inspection.

When I scheduled the appointment to get it fixed - they no showed.

So, instead of spending one day at home for the replacement, and one day at home for the inspection, I spent 5 days
1) first installment
2) first inspection
3) no show appointment
4) second installation
5) second inspection

Want the job done quickly and effectively? Find another company.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I was completely overcharged for services. This cost 690 to replace. Not sure why this was so expensive. It took 20 minutes and the parts were about $10 dollars at Home Depot. Not recommended. But the service tech was nice

Yes, I understand that the price quote was given to me before the job was done but I really had no choice at that point to get other estimates from other companies when I had a pipe leaking. He was very nice and knowledgeable but your prices are on the extremely expensive side.

I can't say enough good things about Dylan and Plumbline Services. I told them up front that all I was interested in was getting my kitchen sink drain snaked; I didn't need them to assess my entire household plumbing system and tell me I needed thousands of dollars in repairs like almost all other major plumbing services will do. They 100% kept their word: they got here quickly, Dylan was professional and efficient, he didn't try to upsell me, and left me with some advice on how to keep the drain running clear in the future. I will definitely use Plumbline for my next plumbing issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a nightmare experience with this company. First off, their commercials give the impression that they respond promptl, however, that is false. I had a sewer leak, which I thought would be urgent but it took them a week and a half to even come out. Second, after the initial inspection, I was left hanging. I called on multiple occasions only to be sent to voicemail, which only further delayed action being taken on the leak. After calling 2 other companies and getting outrageous quotes, I decided to give Plumbline a second chance. The INCOMPETENT plumber, Dave, who had been the last at my property called me to tell me to call someone else because my job ""was too complicated"". I was upset because of the stalling and a service manager called me back immediately after his call and told me that they would get to the bottom of this and take care of me. Well, the next day I get a call from a different service manager, rudely declining the job and basically calling me a liar saying that no one had discussed ""taking care of me"" when I had text messages to prove otherwise. He stated that he ""didn't want to risk the safety of his crew"". So finally I had one last company come out, Bell Heating and Plumbing, and guess what it was? I had a clog which was causing water to spill over underneath the toilet. No broken pipes, no need to crawl or dig in the crawl space! It took Bell 30 seconds to diagnose and if Plumbline had plumbers who were competent, they would have seen that as well! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PLUMBLINE!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
