$540 to replace less than $50 worth of kitchen valves in less than 30 minutes. Look elsewhere. I should've called someone I knew through the local Chamber of Commerce, would've cost half that.

I had the following work done on my main floor toilet in December 2024: per the work order: Turn off water; remove water from tank ; bowl. Disconnect water supply line. Remove old parts. Install new fill valve ; flapper ; supplyline. Test for leaks ; proper flushing. Well the trip lever arm in the tank broke today, 2/5, so I called Plumbline, thinking this would be covered by the warranty. Nope, even though the December service said 'replace old parts' the ''old' trip lever arm broke which I had assumed was replaced in December service, and even though the December service claimed it replaced the flapper, it wasn't replaced. As it turns out I was today charged $185 for the work which I had thought would have been covered by the warranty. I had no problem paying for the new trip lever but ended up paying $125 after the manager dropped $60. That was OK but except for the cost of the new trip lever I think the service should have be covered by the warranty. The tech did a great job so no issue there, it was more an issue with the manager.
I spent thousands with Plumbline over the past several months including the VIP service so this was kind of disappointing.
Make sure you know exactly what is being covered by the warranty.

We made an appointment for a furnace check - not an emergency. The day of the appointment was snowy and cold, and they wanted to shift the appointment from 8:00 am to the afternoon - understandable and okay. Then, they called an hour or so before the newly scheduled time to change my appointment to late in the month, blaming the weather and sick technicians.
We're generally pretty easy going and understanding, but it seems clear that they want the bigger money calls more than they want to keep a promise to us. We can't rely on them, so we're getting another company.

After expressing our disappointment with Plumbline, they contacted my daughter and offered to refund some of the extra money she spent. Overall they dropped the price by about $2500

Noah Smith-Hendricks from Plumbline was originally going to install a new garbage disposal for me. Because my house and plumbing are old, it would have involved getting an electrical upgrade before the new disposal could be installed. I requested that we simply remove the old disposal, and Noah explained in detail the options for doing so. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient, and we were able to decide on an option that worked for me. He also showed me exactly what had been done when he finished. Reasonable price (also explained beforehand) and exceptional work. I will be using them again and would highly recommend.

Charged an astronomical price to come and make a complete MESS to clean out our main line and fix a pipe. Said they had the inspector out but I am calling to confirm cause no way they would sign off on the MESS they made and how it was done - our front yard has a MOUND OF DIRT where they said they would put covered access to our main line. Neat covered access - YEAH NO.... Then had no idea what they were doing when they tried to jet out our kitchen line and AGAIN the mess came thru the ceiling in the basement- WATER and the kitchen sink is backed up - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They didnt even offer a discount for the shoddy work they did and the mess they made. UGH - DO NOT USE THEM

I will start by saying they gave me a full refund, which was cool. I would not recommend because I wanted my standard 2-year mainline cleaning due to tree roots. Was told by Ethan that it was a dire situation, and was basically wanting me to get all my pipes replaced!
Went to my ""regulars"", Colorado Sewer after I booted him out. Colorado Sewer did the clearing and said everything was Fine.
Lesson learned on trying to save a few bucks.

You talk about ""maintenance"" but you do not actually do any PM or cleaning. Your ""tune up"" does not leave anything better than when you started. Paying you to recommend repairs is not a tune up or maintenance, it's just a fraud for you to invent new work. Technicians are known to break things during ""inspections"" just to recommend costly fixes. If you do not perform any actual work, you are not being honest.

I had 3 kitchen shut off vales replaced, a kitchen faucet replaced ( which I bought) and a new garbage disposal replaced. I pd $2300.00 for all of this. I feel I was highly overcharged. The tech did a good job and everything looks good so far. Again, the price was outrageous. I have used Plumbline before for a water heater replacement. I felt the price was fair and the job was done well, but after this last job, I doubt I will recommend Plumbline or use them again. I'm giving only 2 stars for the price.

I have used Plumbline to install a new A/c and furnace in the last 3 years. I had an employee come out to service the furnace they installed and quoted me $900 for a cleaning!!!! I regularly change my filter and keep my home clean. I have owned 9 homes of various sizes and have never been quoted such an outrageous estimate. I also received a very aggressive voicemail following up to remind me I needed to pay $900 for cleaning or they would not honor the warranty issued on my furnace. I will not recommend or use this service again. I have gotten several other quotes that are not anywhere near this cost. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman but this experience has been very disappointing and I will make sure none of my family or friends use their services! Beware of price gouging!
