Called for an AC tune-up and was told I couldn't get an appointment slot for almost 2 months. Went ahead and agreed to schedule the appointment, since I didn't want to be at the bottom of an even longer waiting list should I choose to delay scheduling the appointment any further. Set my calendar reminder for a day prior to the appointment and decided to call and confirm we are still a go since I hadn't heard anything back, like an appointment reminder. No one picked up, so I left a message. Got a call back a little later, stating that they were aware of the appointment but were having some issue with their techs. Called back and once again, no answer, so I left a message. I never heard back from them and no one showed up for the appointment. Decided to go with another local company and they apologized for not having any availability for three days AND for having to assign a 2 hour window. I was blown away, they were apologizing for being far superior to Plumbline. I will be a loyal customer from now on to this new company (sorry, I won't mention the name because I don't want them to get flooded with customers and turn into another Plumbline).

We had a clogged bathroom sink drain and called Plumbline. Our technician was Mike Quarry. He showed up exactly on time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. Mike was very professional, friendly and polite. He quickly checked the drain and proceeded to clear the clog in the line running down to the main line in the basement. While clearing the drain he ran into a problem which he quickly solved and cleared the line without any other issues. Due to the age of our house Mike also needed to replace the line running from the sink trap into the wall. He also did this quickly and with no additional charge. Mike made sure that all of my questions were answered, made sure that the drain was running free and clear and cleaned up everything under and around the sink. I would definitely call Plumbline services again and would ask to have Mike Quarry as my technician.

Our A/C was blowing hot last week. Called them up and was on the schedule quick! Brian called me 30 mins before appointment and said he was on the way. he showed up right on time. Brian checked out the unit and diagnosed it as being a few lbs low on freon. He told me exactly how much the repair was going to be (under $350) and I agreed to it, ""I thought it was going to be way more"". About 45 mins later it's blowing cold cold cold. I figured he was going to try to upsell me but to my surprise he said that's all I needed. I paid the bill on by CC and recieved an email with the invoice, pictures of the unit and warranty info. These guys are great. Professional, clean cut, great pricing. Plesently surprised. I was once ripped off by some other company so I am always leary of hvac companies. I am so glad I called Plumbline

Have the VIP service. Annual AC service was still booked out six weeks. Now, one day before appointment, they're trying to reschedule for nine days from now. Due to someone else's ""big job.""

We set up an appointment for Saturday due to our work schedule. Got a call from plumbline asking if we could do Friday do to the memorial day (Monday) weekend. Advised they could be there between 1-3p as we stressed we work and would need to make sure we are there to be able to put the dogs away and let them in. They advised they would call 30mins prior. Well here comes 230pm and still no call so we call them and was told our service guy would be there by 3pm. Here comes 315p and guess what, no call or no service guy. So, we call back and was told they told us between 1-5p. After correcting the lady on the phone and stating what we were told here comes the unfriendly tone of customer service all because they told us a time then tried to say that wasn't said. Now, if they would have told us 1-5p we would have said no and called another service clearly cause we both work. I'd advised to use another service that actually tells the truth and admit their mistake and make it right instead of blaming the people paying for their service. Needless to say we cancelled and went with another service. Word of advice as a business man myself running my own shop. If you are going to be or wanting to be closed over the holiday weekend don't list appointment times and dates on your website, confirm the date, change the date then try to blame it on the customer who's waiting at the specific time that was told to them. Terrible customer service and overall experience. Use at your own risk! But, say I didn't warn you!

Full disclosure: I had previously written a review that was less than satisfactory... To my surprise, I was contacted by by management, and was treated with respect and appreciation. I have had several dealings with Plumbline in the past, and their work has always been top notch. That is indisputable. My issues had to do with short comings in customer service. Or perceived shortcomings. One of the best ways to judge a company isn't in how they handle day to day operations, but in how they handle problems. It is human nature to blame someone else, or to ignore the problem altogether. What happenned in regards to my "" problem"" with Plumbline, is that they recognized the problem, admitted to it, took full accountability of it, said that they were sorry, and fixed it. Truly shocking in this day and age, where service is horribly lacking, and customer service even less so. I'll mention the employee by name, because he deserves recognition. Lee.
Forrest is also a tech who does great work for them. Thanks again for turning a negative into a positive...

Plumbline installed our furnace 5 years ago. It was expensive but came with a ""guarantee."" It has been a fussy highly maintained unit since then. We also pay Plumbline too maintain the furnace. The last time they looked at it was December 2021--they gave it a clean bill of health. We change the filters monthly. Lately we have been getting ""Blower Lockout"" messages and the furnace just stops working. We called and they sent a tech right over who said that we had ""drywall dust"" from a remodel 4 years ago in the blower and that it was not normal use and that we would have to pay $2K for a new blower. Hahaha--good one, Plumbline. We pointed out that they maintain that unit and have never reported this ""drywall dust"" from the long-ago project, that the remodel was done in an area on another floor that was sealed off with no returns AND that Plumbline, two years ago, jackhammered out the basement next to the furnace without protecting the furnace. The tech said that in light of that information the person who looked at the furnace in December was either lying or didn't know what he was doing--so he was going to have a manger call us. When Plumbline thought they could shirk the guarantee and have us pay $2K for a new blower--they were available the very next day to install it. When Plumbline realized that we would hold them to their guarantee--we never heard from them again. Hey manager--you were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago. My phone number hasn't changed. I am, however, married to a lawyer.

We have used Plumbline for multiple issues we have had along the years. We had an issue with our toilet, we called Plumbline and they came out quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it on the spot. We have also used them for AC issues. The techs are always super professional and knowledgeable.

I paid $99 for the VIP treatment. I called for a plumber, then I called for an electrician, and then I called for the gas tech. The plumber came in and looked at all of our plumbing and said everything was fine but we ended up fixing our own problem with a homemade snake line by pulling hair out of all the drains that were clogged. When the electrician came after unfortunately missing me several times by phone, he finally made an appearance and I wanted him to (very importantly) help me re-label my circuit breaker box because all the switches were labeled wrong and some of them still are after many trials by myself. I'm almost done with that horrible project. Actually, I had high expectations and hopes. Unfortunately, Smelling of fresh cigarettes, (yuck) he did find interest in another component of my house that I was having issues with. It was a ceiling fan that is on the same frequency as a neighbor so their remote controls my fan sometimes. He helped take it apart but, I had to put that back together when he left. I canceled the gas guy because another company came sooner and did a great job fixing my fireplace and cleaning the glass. I don't find the call-in system a professional operating system and I don't recommend this company. I will not renew my VIP membership. To be thorough; the people on the phone and in person are very nice and all but, I recommend you find another service provider who will do more than recommend how you can fix the problem yourself. I will always find it rude when I call for a service just to be cautioned of how expensive what I am asking for will be. Yes! I got that line too. I'm still looking for good service providers for my plumbing, electrical and gas line needs. Luckily nothing has gone terribly wrong in our house. I really don't like posting very negative reviews but this is one I have sat on for months. I tried talking with customer service but even that is a hassle. I see this company has plenty of public projects and maybe that's where they are best suited. Update: I found a professional service with expertise in plumbing. Look through my recent reviews to find out what company satisfied my plumbing needs. I also called Plumbline to confirm they would auto charge my card for a VIP membership renewal. I forgot how difficult the call-in system is. They don't hold your card on file so you will have to give your card information for each payment. I made the right decision not to renew my membership. I am changing my star recommendation because Ashley took my final call and complaint (she did not ask what my issue was with the service) and and answered my questions with a pleasant customer service voice and I like that. Two stars.

No stars really, sends out annoying auto-message weekly, in town for a full day and set appointment ( 8:00-5:00 is first promise) then they say 1:00-5:00, great! Call at 2:00 and say can't make it, are you around tomorrow? No I'm back in Florida!!! Awful service and awful products. Stay clear!
