Recommended Customer Reviews
This company is absolutely awful. They were all nicely/nice until you hand over the check. Their follow-up and customer service is repulsive. They destroyed my backyard (some of which was expected). They ripped my redwood deck off its foundation and left it in the middle of my yard for over a month. They finally put it back poorly. They did not have my permission to do it and I was told beforehand they wouldn't need to. They severed my sprinkler line, and left it unmarked. They ripped out my backyard fence and left me nothing to try and rebuild it. This all happened in December of 2022. I have tried numerous times to get someone to replace/repair some of what they destroyed/damaged, absolutely no response from anyone. Oh for the days when the customer comes first. It says on their vans ""Satisfaction Guaranteed"". Nope, not this customer, who plopped down over $20,000.00. Greed indeed! I strongly suggest you NOT ever use Plumbline.
Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.
we had unbelievably good service from PlumbLine! We I've in the foothills and have our hot water heater in a crawls space. It was an ordeal with the Jefferson County inspectors, but PlumbLine came through with flying colors! They did a fabulous job! We couldn't be happier with them! Thank you to Carolyn, in the office, and the plumbers who did a really great job!
Recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.
DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying "" If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE."" it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!
We asked Plumbline to quote us a Heat pump system, that was eligible for the Xcel Heatpump rebate.
Jay Sohn, the sales guy showed up. Made a comment that a heat pump system could cost $10,000 or more, and looked at me like....""Can you afford that?""
He walked around the house, did not appear to make any notes, and then left. (Never to be heard from again.)
So.....two weeks later, it's difficult to take these folks seriously.

We just had a visit from Ryan to inspect our HVAC system before winter and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional!
I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.
Neva E.I've had Plumbline out a couple of times now. Last time was 2019. When my garbage disposal leaked everywhere last night I was able to get an appointment next day. I do like the fact that they text you who's coming and a picture. They're really great at keeping you apprised. Today Wyatt came out he was very helpful. Everything is up and running. He even checked the sink for me that was slow. I highly recommend!
On time. Courteous. Austin was Personable. Responsive to my needs and suggestions. I had about 9 electrical issues to work on, it took the whole day.? New wiring, ??new switches, new receptacles-plugs. Very easy explanations of what he was doing and why. ?
