They did not keep their word on promised repair work, promptly chose a different plumber who kept their word. Your response is incorrect, you did not complete any work so therefore no invoice. Update = You know what you did and now are being less than honest, which further adds to my distrust of your company. Stick to your commitments or simply call and say you can't meet them...I have the ""phone records"" of my calls with you and your scheduler (wife) ....

Earlier this week, I noticed my basement drain started backing up - especially when I was washing my laundry, and it started getting worse quickly. I called Plumbline Plumbing to see if I could get some quick help, and Dave came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (main sewer line clogged) and then used a camera and water jet to flush out the clog and roots - and I must say it was exciting to watch! He made a few passes to make sure it was clean and he inspected the piping for cracks and flaws. I could not be happier with the service he provided, because it really gave me peace of mind. Great guy - very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future!

I worked with them last week with a long list of small task. They installed a new kitchen faucet, capped 2 gas lines, removed a old reverse osmosis system, replaced four sections of copper piping, replaced a section of the main sewage line, and installed a new line to the refrigerator. They worked cleanly, quickly, and professionally. Answered all my questions and I felt like they gave me a great deal for all the work they did. My home feels safe a secure. As he left he told me that Plumbline Plumbing is insured so if anything come up with his work please do not hesitate to call. I have already referred them to 4 friends.

I had a small simple job of running a gas line through my unfinished basement to my kitchen for our new gas stove. I called several plumbers and only two returned my phone call. The first wanted to charge me $90 just to do an estimate. What?!?! The other caller was Plumbline Plumbing. They gave me a price range for cost over the phone and though it was rather a large range it was with in reason so we hired them to come out and do the work.

They scheduled the appointment at 8:30AM but called about 8:35 to tell me the plumber was running late and should be there in about an hour. No problem for me as I was off all day anyway. Once he arrived we took a tour downstairs where the pipe needed to run and he then left to go get supplies. He arrived back about an hour later and completed the work in about an hour and 45 minutes.

The work was exactly what we wanted done. Everything we needed so that once the stove arrives in a week or so all we needed to do is connect it. The materials used appeared to be of high quality and everything to code. He presented the bill and it was smack dab in the middle of the estimated cost range so I was content with that.

All in all a good experience and I would use them again if I have a need again for a plumber.
