I asked Dan to investigate an issue I was having with a tankless water heater that he did NOT install, and was surprised when he would not accept my offer to pay for the time he spent on the phone investigating the matter. Needless to say, when it came time to make the necessary repair, I did not hesitate to call Dan at Plumbline. Oh, and did I mention that he is friendly and professional as well!

I used Plumbing to do a complete repipe after several leaks, two within the same year. Garrett and Eric did a great job replacing all the pipes in my house. They were very reliable, coming exactly when they said they would show up, and very professional. An added bonus was the cost was less than half of what was quoted to me by another plumber. We arrived in Magalia and discovered that there was no water pressure at our place. We called the water company, and the technician discovered a large leak near our water meter, but on our side of the meter, so we'd have to fix it.

He recommended Plumline, so I called them. Dan came the next morning, inspected and diagnosed the problem - a busted valve that was apparently incorrectly installed years ago and failed - and fixed it in about an hour.

He was very friendly, explained exactly what was going on with the repair, and discussed various options for repairing it. We went ahead with the ""full"" option to replace the valve so it wouldn't fail.

Plumline's business card is now on our refrigerator along with the other good repair companies we've found up here, and we'd strongly recommend Plumline to others.

It does not get any better than Plumbline. Incredibly fast, professional and knowledgeable. Dan and Tim are an amazing local team that will fix the most complex issues quickly and efficiently. We had our toilet replaced, a bathroom (shower head) leak fixed, our kitchen faucet replaced and our filtration system repaired in 2 visits over an after hours visit and one daytime visit. Incredible. We will be saving up to go tankless and have a pipes replaced by them too!

Dan & Tim did a lot of work for us yesterday, we knew upfront exactly what we'd be getting and the costs and even better, what they were doing and why. We wanted something that Dan didn't have on hand, and instead of discouraging us, he drove to Chico and got it. Tim worked for hours and made the changes we wanted with no complaints and left our home as neat as he found it. We couldn't be happier with Plumbline and suggest that you give them a try. The other seniors in our park use Plumbline, and we've never heard any of them complain about the work or the prices. We listened to our neighbors, and we're glad we did.

When you need a plumber, you can't wait a few days. I didn't know where to start and Dan Mullanix at Plumbline Plumbing was recommended to me. I called at 9:00am and Dan was able to schedule me for 2:00pm that day! He was very clear and concise about what needed to be done, wrote up an estimate and broke down exactly what the charges would be for. He estimated high because sometimes other things need to be done once you get inside the pipes. It turns out there wasn't anything extra that needed to be done, so the final cost was less than the estimate. Yea. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he also noticed there were a couple of maintenance things that he strongly recommended we replace like the water pressure gauge and the main water shut-off valve. He wasn't trying to pad the bill. It was just informative and I appreciated that very much.
