Well glad I read the reviews and went with my gut instinct to cancel. Like many, my home warranty first American contracted Plumbline Plumbing. Don't bother calling the number(s) you find online. You would not get an answer. If you do need service and want to go thru your home warranty I just recommend doing it yourself or look elsewhere. Don't bother if FA sends you to this business.

We had an emergency situation with sewer backing up and our home warranty assigned this company. Despite numerous calls and assurances from the home warranty company (First American) they ""would call us in a few minutes"" they never responded. We had to hire someone else and pay out of pocket! NOT happy!

They are plumbers and couldn't think of why the hot water heater would make a loud booming sound. 3 weeks NO hot water! AHS wants us to pay another $75 for a new plumber. Happy Thanksgiving without hot water. Update I told AHS I was leaving them and they sent out a different plumber @ no added service fees. The new plumber's had the hot water running in 3 hours. Stay away from Plumbline Plumbing they have an F rating in my mind and zero stars from me

They will find reasons not to do the work and will charge the service fee regardless. They're lazy and deceptive and do not deserve to be in this business. DO NOT (I say DO NOT) let them in your home!

I feel very disrespected. I submitted a warranty repair for our garbage disposal, and ""Able"" from Plumbline Plumbing reported that there was impact damage on our garbage disposal and was denied the repair. I called AHS and showed them pictures that there is no evidence of impact damage and in fact the crack was protruding outward and not inward as he implied by an impact damage. AHS had good service and reversed the denial. I'm disappointed that Able from Plumbline Plumbing would report false information and cause my family inconvenience and over 6 hours of phone calls with AHS to get this issue resolved and the facts straightened out. On top of this, I called Able twice and left a voicemail for an update and explanation, and I never received a call back. Very disrespectful and unreliable in my opinion. I don't understand why Able would deny himself a legitimate job opportunity and instead report false information to have a first time home owner with a family denied of what he has a right to have fixed under warranty. Bottom line is that I will never have Plumbline Pumbing work on my house as their workers are not understanding or respectful of families and pride of home ownership.

A recent work order for a leaking garbage disposal was submitted to AHS. Plumbline Plumbing was dispatched. The garbage disposal is 14 yrs old, it's very worn. The tech from Plumbline came this past Wed. He looks at it, sees how worn it is and then he states, "" The problem is that this is a Cheap Sink that is not made to be cleaning pots and pans in and excessive use of the garbage disposal!"" ""All i can do is put putty on it."" The Co. that installed the Custom Granite, purchased a $400 stainless Steel Sink for $200 because of all the sinks and faucets they purchased for the remodel job. In no way is the double Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Cheap!!! How insulting for him to make that comment! The end result was an insult, when I saw his work I deeply regretted that I did not allow a new garbage disposal to be installed by our remodel contractor!!!
I am not satisfied with this Co. Techs unprofessionalism nor with his low grade work. Poorly scattered putty will not last with all the vibration of constantly using the garbage disposal. This is a 6 children household. They thought it would be best to be cheap, cut corners, and not replace it! I have a picture of the work. I wish this section would allow me to post it so their work can be clearly seen! I expected the Disposal to be replaced!!!

I do NOT recommend this plumbing company. By far, this is the worst service I have ever experienced with American Home Shield. I have now been without hot water for 3 days and even though Plumbline picked up the hot water heater, they did not schedule an appointment to install it. As a result, I will now be without hot water for another 3 days until I can be fit into their schedule. What's worse, is that because Plumbline has already picked up the replacement, my service request cannot be assigned to another vendor without further delay. If the service repairman had just been HONEST about his inability to install the hot water heater timely, I may have had some recourse with AHS. I am most disappointed with the insensitivity and unwillingness of the vendor to work with us to install the hot water heater in a reasonable timeframe. I'm not sure about you, but I do not consider 6 days without hot water to be in any way reasonable.

The absolute worst service ever. American Home Shield sent them. If there were negative stars I would be clicking them! I had to take time off work for them to come to my place. I explained the situation at my home. Two employees came out together and basically called me a liar that the carpets weren't damp in the bathroom. They turned my water on, said they couldn't find anything. I asked them to check the walls for dampness, Eric said they don't do that. He turned my water back on, I get home this evening and 1 bathroom toilet has running water and the master bathroom is flooded. I am infuriated! I have tried calling and all I get is an answering machine! Carpets soaked. Grrrr.

This has got to be the worst plumbing service in Fresno. American Home Shield send them to snake the sewage line. They came out on a Friday afternoon and spend a half hour to unsuccessfully locate the clean out, which was prominently located 30 feet from the house. They left without calling me and my tenant was left without a toilet or bathroom. I called them for several days without ever getting a callback. American Home Shield tried to call them, without avail. I would never ever use their service and can only say ""Don't ever call them for service""!! I called Reliable Plumbing and they resolved my issue without any problem and at a reasonable charge!!

Plumbline Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company with their prompt response at first I thought they were going to be great. I thought WRONG. Horrible! I would not recommend them to be used. They went out to my home I paid them and they gave me the same diagnosis that PGE told me that they were going to fix. But I had another gas leak inside the home and it had to be found, but without the proper testing needed there was no way it would of been found. Well Plumbline did not go to the extend to find it and they summited the paper work to my home warranty before we could even figure it out. I called Able and left a couple messages and a week later I have not received a phone call back (which I obviously don't need now) but at least he could be professional enough to return a clients call. I had to go out contract someone who is BB certified to actually get the job done right. And because Plumbline summited the information to my home warranty without and actual diagnosis that it was inside the house now I have to summit all this paper work to dispute it.
