Excellent experience with Thomas the owner of Plumbit Services. I had a broken water line in my front yard, the water seeping up into the yard. After receiving a quote from a larger plumbing company, I found Plumbit Services on Yelp and read all of the great reviews of Thomas' work. I sent a request for a quote to Plumbit via Yelp and they responded with a phone call in about an hour. Thomas came out the same day and gave me a free, no obligation quote on a couple of options for taking care of the broken line. His prices were fair and reasonable and much better than the larger company. Thomas was there early the next morning and repaired the line. It took him a little longer than he anticipated but he stuck to his quoted price. In addition we discovered a leaky toilet while he was here which he fixed as well for a very fair price. I will definitely use Plumbit Services for any future plumbing issues!

Thomas and his assistant did a difficult project for me at a rental house that I am selling. I do my own plumbing usually, but I was running out of time, and had too much on my plate. Besides, this was beyond my """"pay grade"""". The incoming water line was exposed and run improperly. The main shut off valve was inaccessible. The pressure regulator was obsolete. The water heater had an out-of-date thermal expansion device and the trap primer for the HVAC condensate line was leaking. I called Plumbit services because Thomas had given me his card at a social event. I have renovated a LOT of houses, and when Thomas gave me the quote, I was SURE he had missed something, and that there was going to be additional charges. He assured me that the price was complete, and then got to work. Getting the water line through the concrete foundation was exceedingly tough and time consuming, but he did it in a way that minimized the need for repair. The line was run through the walls properly and insulated. And all of the work done in the utility closet was neat and beautiful. All copper fittings, professionally installed. Some of the best plumbing work I have seen at any price. They say you can't have it all. You can have good and fast, but it won't be cheap. You can have good and cheap, but it won't be fast. You can have fast and cheap, but is won't be good. Thomas was good, fast and though not cheap, definitely less than I expected. I will use Plumbit again and recommend to all of my friends.

Thomas is the real deal, an honest professional who takes pride in his work. I was so impressed with his work diagnosing/ fixing a pressure regulator that I had him out a week later replacing a water heater. I hardly ever give a review but felt compelled to do so in this instance, that's how impressed I was. Excellent price/ value. Lets start from the beginning -- 1st appt didn't go as plan due to weather which is completely understandable. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation with my toilet causing noises and explained to me what the possible issues might be. He'd start off by fixing something minor (that he had tools and parts for in the van), and if that didn't work, he'd move on to the bigger things. Luckily, the minor solution worked and all is well now, no noise. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks Thomas!!

I called Thomas to replace a sewage ejector pump ( a very unpleasant job) He told me that he would come the next day at 8 AM, and at 8AM he was standing at my door ( that is very rare for a contractor) he quoted a reasonable price and next day service. He arrived when promised and completed the job in less time than I expected. It has been a month now and everything is still perfect. Also he did not leave a mess and his price was actually slightly LESS than he quoted. I would not think of calling anyone else!

I contacted several plumbers on Yelp and Thomas was the first to reply and then called and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was on time getting out here a couple days later and very polite and professional with the job. He gave me a quote for the actual work, which was close to the original estimate and managed to get the job done, even though presented some additional unforseen challenges along the way. I would use his service again and recommend it to others..

So I was looking for a reputable plumber in the area who would be able to install an expansion tank on our hot water heater before we sold our home. I contacted three plumbers on Yelp. Thomas was the quickest at getting back to me and his price was the same as another plumber. The 3rd plumber wanted to come over to give a price quote on the expansion tank, which I thought was odd, seeing this is a basic job. Thomas was able to come out in the next couple of days, while the others would have been at least over a week. He let me know a day before that he would come over and called earlier that day to let me know he was leaving a job to come over to our house. I had to step out, but he treated my wife with great respect and when I came back, I noticed he did an excellent job. He cleaned up whatever leftover debris there was and everything is working perfectly. The job he did looks very clean. I definitely would use Thomas again when we need plumbing for our new house. He is very professional, does a great job, communicates well and shows up when he says he will. This is exactly the reason why Thomas has such great reviews here, he is good at what he does. Thomas did a good job installing my kitchen faucet. He was happy to provide me an estimate on yelp, which virtually no other plumber did. He had a very competitive quote and didn't try to up-charge me when he arrived. It's nice to have a no-hassle plumber! One thing to note, he's very busy, so it took an appointment two weeks in advance to get him out.
