I called many places to get a quote for a fix. He by far was the most reasonably priced. He had to drain my water heater that took some time, but he installed my new gas valve easily. Compared to others, he's a family man plumber, much more personable, not someone who is dispatched from a reception with little experience. He was very familiar with the parts and seemed very knowledgable. I'd call again if I have trouble in the future.

This was my second experience with Thomas and he was as efficient as the first. He worked within the time frame quoted and did an excellent job replacing a pressure valve in the basement and an exterior faucet. Highly recommend this Company.

Thomas and his assistant did a difficult project for me at a rental house that I am selling. I do my own plumbing usually, but I was running out of time, and had too much on my plate. Besides, this was beyond my """"pay grade"""". The incoming water line was exposed and run improperly. The main shut off valve was inaccessible. The pressure regulator was obsolete. The water heater had an out-of-date thermal expansion device and the trap primer for the HVAC condensate line was leaking. I called Plumbit services because Thomas had given me his card at a social event. I have renovated a LOT of houses, and when Thomas gave me the quote, I was SURE he had missed something, and that there was going to be additional charges. He assured me that the price was complete, and then got to work. Getting the water line through the concrete foundation was exceedingly tough and time consuming, but he did it in a way that minimized the need for repair. The line was run through the walls properly and insulated. And all of the work done in the utility closet was neat and beautiful. All copper fittings, professionally installed. Some of the best plumbing work I have seen at any price. They say you can't have it all. You can have good and fast, but it won't be cheap. You can have good and cheap, but it won't be fast. You can have fast and cheap, but is won't be good. Thomas was good, fast and though not cheap, definitely less than I expected. I will use Plumbit again and recommend to all of my friends.

Called this company after another plumber ignored my calls (after we ordered the materials he said we needed for him) to fix a leak in my bathroom. Thomas came out to fix the leak. He was a nice guy but he is not a good plumber. When he arrived I showed him the leak and the materials we purchased for the prior plumber to fix. He came out of the bathroom and told me I ordered the wrong parts. He proceeded to tell me the parts I ordered were Delta and what was on my tub was not Delta. He then tells me he can not fix it. We also ask if he could put a separate shut off valve in our unit as it is a condo. He goes out and looks around the building and then comes in and looks in all the rooms for a crawl space. There is not one in any of the units in my complex. He then proceeds to ask to cut a hole in the ceiling in my laundry room to find where all the pipes are. The one hole turns into three and 4-6 hours later the leak is not fixed, we have three holes in three separate rooms with no shut off valve and a bill for $250. Today Hill Mechanical came out and fixed the bathroom leak in 20 minutes with all the stuff that we order per the request of the first plumber. The parts were Delta as were the parts that were already on the tub. We called Plumbit company due to the high ratings on Yelp. Warning: do not call this company for plumbing services but if looking for a demo company that does nothing asked for and leaves you with a big bill go ahead

Thomas and his assistant were very professional. We had a leak from our master bath down to the garage. They found the leak and made repairs. Also installed a garbage disposal while they were here. All for a fair price. I am so grateful to have found him.

I called Thomas to replace a sewage ejector pump ( a very unpleasant job) He told me that he would come the next day at 8 AM, and at 8AM he was standing at my door ( that is very rare for a contractor) he quoted a reasonable price and next day service. He arrived when promised and completed the job in less time than I expected. It has been a month now and everything is still perfect. Also he did not leave a mess and his price was actually slightly LESS than he quoted. I would not think of calling anyone else!

Thomas is the real deal, an honest professional who takes pride in his work. I was so impressed with his work diagnosing/ fixing a pressure regulator that I had him out a week later replacing a water heater. I hardly ever give a review but felt compelled to do so in this instance, that's how impressed I was. Excellent price/ value. I was looking for a plumber to fix a bad leak and called Plumbit because they were close by and had excellent reviews. Thomas was not able come right away as he was out of town. He came on Monday (my birthday as it happened) inspected the problem, gave a quote much lower than I expected and was done in less time than he thought. Possibly the best birthday present I got that day. We have another problem, I showed Thomas the situation, he told me what was probably going on, gave what sounded like a reasonable quote and is coming out this morning to fix it. One hopes to need plumbers very seldom, but if I do have a need, I will confidently call him. Polite, neat, quiet, reasonable, and does excellent work.

Excellent experience with Thomas the owner of Plumbit Services. I had a broken water line in my front yard, the water seeping up into the yard. After receiving a quote from a larger plumbing company, I found Plumbit Services on Yelp and read all of the great reviews of Thomas' work. I sent a request for a quote to Plumbit via Yelp and they responded with a phone call in about an hour. Thomas came out the same day and gave me a free, no obligation quote on a couple of options for taking care of the broken line. His prices were fair and reasonable and much better than the larger company. Thomas was there early the next morning and repaired the line. It took him a little longer than he anticipated but he stuck to his quoted price. In addition we discovered a leaky toilet while he was here which he fixed as well for a very fair price. I will definitely use Plumbit Services for any future plumbing issues!
