I recently had a outdoor spigot replaced that was leaking.

Anthony, the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and discussed options with me.

While I thought it the price of the job was a bit expensive, he worked with me (as he isn't the one who sets prices).

Today my mother in law called this company because there was water on the floor behind her toilet. The technician arrived and replace the supply line from the angle stop to the toilet, a $7.00 part. He was there for less than 20 minutes. The charge was $186.08. I called there office where an unidentifed receptionist refused to provide me the General managers or owners names or e-mail addresses. She did tell me that the technician was there for 1 hour and 6 minutes. My wife was also there and agrees that the time there was less than 20 minutes. When the receptionist was asked why there was not time on the invoice she could not answer that question. Seems like a very crooked outfit to me . Be very careful if you use these crooks.

Do not hire these guys.
The office will not give you hourly rates or prices on the phone.
Their trick is to for you to hire them, and then a plumber will quote you a price when he gets there. By then you have to pay tor a service call, more than $150, just to show up.
I wasted money on a job they did not do right and then had to call another
plumber, Henry Valdez, who quoted prices and did the job correctly.
Most other plumbers quote hourly rates and prices for common jobs,
like unclogging toilets, cleaning drains, etc.
If you search for ""Roto Rooter complaints"", you will find a very long list of unhappy customers.

What a complete catastrophe!
Everything is backed up into my tub. They come out and use their high pressure hose to blow away the obstruction out in the yard (about 70 feet down/out). Then because they want to ensure the blockage is removed they snake the camera down. But alas, there is something keeping the camera from going out more than 12' and so we can't see if all is cleared (everything flushed fine at this point).
I pay them $351.00 and say Adios.
One hour later the toilet is backing up again. I call them, and they say they will be happy to come out for another $351.00!!!
Obviously the camera scam works every time and I am just one more sucker on their list.
The next week we dug up and replaced the old sewer line and you could see all of the small tree roots that were supposedly cleared away.
I would do my best to discourage the use of these people.

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I was buying a house. Cartwright came out and gave an estimate for repairing a leak. Based on their estimate sellers made concession on price. When I had them come back to do the repair they would not stand by their estimate and claimed the whole tub needed replacement. They gave us an estimate on a new tub. Having no choice we ordered a new tub. A week later they came back saying that the new tub would cost $1300 instead of the original $800 estimate. I told them to forget it and sought a new plumber. They are attempting to collect over $400 for their removing the tub and giving us erroneous estimates. Stay away from these CROOKS!!!!
