Took me 2 weeks to locate a plumber, when I did I found someone who installed my toilet incorrectly. I am not a plumber, but you would think a toilet install would be easy to do in their sleep for someone that told me they had been doing that type of work for many years. Well I won't name any names, but the guy I hired, left, and said there was something wrong with the way they built the condo. The condo was built in 2006, and the prior toilet fit just fine never a problem. The toilet started to leak water after the guy left, I did not want to call him back because I would of probably been arrested! :-) But I called a bunch of 24hr emergency places, and they did not seem to make it an emergency to actually come out to help me until I called Plumbing Works Inc. They guy I called answered the phone and said he was actually out shopping with his wife but would call me back right away and sure enough he did. He came out, took his shoes off before he walked in, analyzed the problem, and went to work! He even witnessed my daughter taking her first few steps as she started to walk! A hour later he corrected the mistake the prior plumber did. Well actually he did the work of the prior plumber. I can't say how grateful my family is to of found a plumber like Lonnie and the great job he did stopping the leak, and installing my brand new toilet properly. I plan to get my money back from the first plumber and please use Plumbing works, he is worth every penny and was very kind and respectful of my home. I thank his wife for allowing him to leave while he was out shopping with him!

Our outdoor faucet burst during the cold weather, and I initially called Southwest Plumbing that runs ubiquitous ads all over town. They came out right away and were quite friendly as they inspected the problem and gave me a quote. But it seemed rather high so I didn't ""bite"" and have them do the work right away, as they wanted. Instead, a friend referred me to Lonnie at Plumbing Works, Inc. I received the same quick and friendly response, but his quote was $600 less than Southwest Plumbing (now I know how they pay for their advertising). If you are looking for an honest plumber, I've found him. Call Lonnie. You will not regret it.
