They were supposed to fix my leaking shower valve. Replaced the insert. Leak fixed. But no hot water. Only slightly warm. Called them back out to correct. After two more tries still not fixed. I even asked if the new insert could be bad or maybe even the incorrect one. They stopped returning my phone calls. Called another plumber. Problem corrected. Installed a new insert.

Plumber Davey is truly the best. He is a super guy, professional, responsive and reasonable. He is NOT like the other guys in his industry who charge an arm and a leg! Fast, efficient and my go to guy. I have been a full time realtor in Hawaii for 18 years, no one compares to Davey.

1 star may be a bit much. ""Dave"" came by in mid March to do a plumbing inspection. An inspection report was required for my homeowners insurance. I allowed a stranger to go through my entire house to inspect my plumbing. While doing so, he was continuously on the phone. When done, he shook my hand, gave me his business card and said ""ok, I'll contact you later today with the billing info, and the report."" Til now, yes, over 2 months later, no report, no bill, no email, no call, no coming by - NOTHING! I never heard from him. I left messages for him in April. In May, his phone voicemail was full and was not accepting messages. He has my ph no., email address, and physical address. Yet, he made no attempt to contact me. No clue why???Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Thanks, Dave! I'll definitely refer you.....NOT!!

Davy was half the price of another quote . Very responsive, on time, clean and professional. He even looked another piece of plumbing I was having issues with at no additional charge! Super cool, professional crew, still with a lot of ALOHA! So nice to see....

I've dealt with many plumbers in my experience as a past property manager and as a homeowner. This was my first time requesting for a proposal through Yelp. I submitted a request with 3 different plumbers and only two responded. Of the two Davy was actually willing to give me an exact quote. Keep in mind I knew exactly what needed to be done and what was involved. This isn't one of the jobs that needed to be inspected first. He gave me a quote and I further insisted on sending him pictures just so they couldn't say there were any surprises. He sent one of his guys as promised the very next morning and got the job done. Funny story is I was waiting for his guy to arrive. Now you typically expect a plumber to roll up in a loud work truck, possibly a little sloppy in appearance and rough around the edges. Well to my surprise I get a call asking if it was ok to park in my driveway, 1 pt. I say sure. Next I peek out to see that he was at the right house because I didn't even hear him pull up. And, guess what I saw in my driveway...? A Prius...10 pts! I have to admit that just broke all the stereo types of plumbers in my mind. Dillion was polite, quick, kept a clean work area and was in and out in no time. I paid by check and he was off. I didn't receive an invoice, but nor did I ask for one. I knew my check was proof enough and this island is way too small to burn any bridges. I'll definitely be using them again and referring them to any of my clients that need plumbing services!

Davy and his crew are awesome! My rental property management company always sends them & with emails to both places & texts I get same day service when I have huge problems. It's a super old building so you can imagine the issues... Though different guys have done service calls, everyone has been clean cut, friendly, helpful with tips on how to maintain the pipes. Equipment is always clean and maintained well. If they run late or get lost (which is easy since GPS doesn't show the right info for the building), they call immediately so I never have to worry. They also stay long enough to really check to make sure the problems are gone before they pack up. Davy also texts me after the job is done to make sure everything went well. I can't say much about the negative reviews since I don't know how much the repairs cost as it's part of my rent. But communication has never been a problem in the 4 times I've had to call for service.

They did an okay job but late by about 3 hours and Davey sent one of his guys when he said HE would be out to fix my leaking toilet Also be sure to ASK for a receipt or you will not get one I called and Texted Davey 6 times no reply very disappointed with this company Thank God I paid by check.. I felt I was overcharged also beware I will not be using this company again
