This was our first time with your company recommended by Home Depot. The plumber JOE came on time and did a wonderful job! He is a five star guy all the way! Very knowledgeable, friendly professional totally explained everything and gave us a fair price. Plumbing works is the company we will use from now on as long as ""Joe"" is our plumber. I went to my local Home Depot to buy a new toilet and asked the sales person about how to go about getting someone to install it. He told me Home Depot can recommend local plumbers that they vetted for the job. I gave the sales person my contact info, he printed me out my request and I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. I then received an email from Home Depot that said DERIBERTO MALDONALDO DBA from PLUMBING WORKS would be contacting me within 24 hours. That was on the 7th. Today is the 16th. Obviously, someone dropped the ball on this one. Either way, I won't be using Home Depot for an installation reference again or PLUMBING WORKS for any future plumbing issues.

We had ordered a new toilet and needed someone to install it. Dery was quick and thorough and answered all my questions. After he left during the first could of uses a problem arose related to the mechanism of the toilet I called him back and he was back at are place within 15 minutes. He identified the problem explained it was common for our toilet model. Knew how to solve our issue had it fixed within 5 minutes.
