Brett has done a full replumb on my house (yes, that means everything that even touches water was replaces by Brett). I've also had him come by to help with a few toilet issues I've had. I've recommended him to everyone I know. He's super genuine, won't rip you off, and does a really solid job. He doesn't try to upsell at all, in fact, a couple of times, he's done the opposite. I've been happy with everything he's done, and so has everyone I've recommended him too.

Bret at Plumbing Works has done several plumbing jobs for me from a repipe to replacing faucets, and I have been satisfied each time. Recently I called him out for toilet that wouldn't flush completely.

Since it was more than twenty five years old, he suggested getting a new one. I told him what style and color I wanted, and he drove over to Home Depot, and gave me a call, telling me what they had available.

He picked it up and installed it for a reasonable price with a one year guarantee.
