If I could give a zero star, I would! When looking for a plumber, I had stated what had already been done and did not work! I was expecting the person that replied to come prepared to dig deeper into my problem but instead, he repeated what had already been done the day before and got the same results! My issue was not resolved in fact, nothing had changed! Being charged $260 and getting nothing done was harsh! I had to hire another plumbing service to come out the next day to resolve my issue! It was a waste of my time and money using this company!

Our Main sewer line was blocked and waste water was backing up into two bathtubs, one of our toilets and our shower. We were afraid to use any water in the house. I called Plumbing Works and Rooter and David was at our house in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and later proceeded to clear the blockage. He was courteous and friendly. I recommend his service to anyone with plumbing needs.
