Bryan's install new gas hot water heater. He is responsive and punctual. Prices are fair and reasonable. A few months later no heat. Bryan came out first thing in the morning and was able to troubleshoot fairly quickly. He explained what was wrong and how much it would cost. He is straightforward and genuinely nice guy to deal with. I don't enjoy making plumber calls but Bryan is definitely my go-to for plumbing and heating issues.

Had a toilet clog and called Bryan at Plumbing Wizard. His assistant said he was really booked and not likely to be able to get to me until the following week. While I was thinking about ""plan B,"" she said she'd see what she could do about squeezing me into Bryan's schedule and get back to me. At 9:30 that night, I got a call from her telling me Bryan could be at my house late the following day. I was surprised to get a call so late but she said she promised me a call back and she felt bad that my toilet wasn't working. (I have a 2nd one so it was okay). Talk about great customer service! When Bryan came to clear the clog, he snaked and snaked but... no clog. It was likely a mineral buildup and to that end, made certain recommendations. I asked Bryan the cost for the service call-fully prepared to write a check, and he said, ""no charge."" No charge? I said ""you're entitled to get paid, you were here and addressed the problem."" Still, he refused to take any money. I was stunned. In a time when stories of greed and getting ripped off seem to be the norm, I wanted to share my experience with a plumber who is truly committed to customers and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

My son referred me to Bryan after using his services several times. Bryan was great. Bryan's wife took the call and was very kind. My leak was not an emergency so they agreed to get back to me asap because they had someone else with a more urgent problem. The next day he came over with all materials to fix my leak and replaced the rusted pipe. He cleaned up nicely and also fixed another drain problem that another plumber did not connect properly. Needless to say I was very pleased. Price was very reasonable. I trust these people so much that i arranged to have Bryan go over to repair my elderly aunt's plumbing problem. Normally I would to over to supervise outside workers, but I really trust Bryan and was comfortable letting him do his work without me getting in the way. Bryan was so kind and patient and took care of a very difficult problem without overcharging my aunt for his service call. I am so very pleased that I want to share my opinion with everyone.! A friend referred Plumbing Wizard to me when I needed bathroom tub and faucet repair. Bryan was able to fit me in on short notice and took care of the leak and I have been using their service ever since. His prices are fair and his work is perfect. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Wizard.

I really like the plumber and his assistant. I have been asking him to fix plumbing problems for many years. They are cooperative esp. when it is an urgent matter. They are honest, sincere and straight. The plumber is extremely reliable and he does his work carefully and thoroughly. They never overcharge. His assistant is very helpful, too. I am lucky to have found such a great plumber.

This is the first time we used Plumbing Wizard. I'm a new tenant in the area and Bryan was very helpful. We had a very old sink that needed the faucet replaced and he was able to easily fix the sink and even snaked the drain for us. Downstairs, my grandma also had to get work done and he was very kind & helpful! We both felt comfortable having him work in the house (especially since I was in and out for meetings at work) and he really did a great job. Highly recommend working with Bryan!

The first time I used this company, the associate was so nice, he was great. So I thought I would use them again. Unfortunately, after being scheduled and rescheduled 6 times!! They were a no show. I called to find out why, and the lady that answers the phone, so rude, unprofessional and tried to make it my mistake! I rescheduled my entire day to accommodate them more than 3 times, I was done. ""Listen, this is ur problem"" she said.. wrong! It's theirs, if I could deal directly with the associate that came out instead of her, I would have no complaints. Then, she called back to say he finished the emergency call he was on and was able to come out. I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to come out, and each time I'm pushed back because: there was an emergency call, the associate was tired and wanted to come another time, she forgot to notify the associate he had one last appt and a couple other excuses. They really need a new person to handle the phone and scheduling. I'll be finding someone else, as I recommend u do the same. It's a shame really, the associate, he was great! She ruins the company.

I usually never take time to fill reviews, Im too busy but felt the need to this time. Called to get an idea of pricing on replacement of typical HWH, this plumber has good reviews. The woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude and told me to call someone else and all I did was ask if I could get a quote. Guess it's possible hes a good plumber unfortunately he may lose out on a lot more business if people that work for him treat customers like that.

Bryan was thorough, patient and effective. Snaked a line that two other plumbers could not and helped me avoid removing a ceiling as others claimed I must. Highly recommend!
