Memo's work is quality work. He shows up when he says he will. Listens to what is requested and does a job that exceeds expectation. But if that wasn't already beyond great, you are not tasked with cleaning up after them. I have had my share of needing things fixed and I could write a review for each time he came but they would all be the same. His work is quality, shows up when he says he will and exceeds the expectation.

This review is long overdue.
I've used Memo the plumber for several years. I don't understand the two negative reviews because I've had a completely different experience with Memo and his team. They have always come on time even when I call last minute request! I've had this business install my water heater, put in a new sewer line, unclog my toilet and tub, replacement kitchen sink and just today Memo and his worker fixed a water damage wall behind my toilet. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but Memo will respond to a call or text within minutes! He's also super friendly and honest about what I need done or don't need done. I don't think I would ever use any other plumber than Memo and his team. Thank you Memo for all the great work you have done for me these past few years!

We were so disappointed with our service. We met these gentleman when they were working at our neighbor's home. A few months later we had a back up and decided to give them a try. They came out promptly, and cleared and cleaned out our pipes (at least that's what we were told). At that point, we thought everything was fine. Just three days later, we had the back up again. Back to where we started. We called, assuming they would stand by their work. They said they would charge us again to come out. It had only been three days! We consider ourselves to be pretty reasonable people, but the clog being back just three days after they cleared it is unacceptable. The money we paid them was wasted as we have someone else coming out tomorrow to do the job. We would have called them for future jobs and recommended them to others if they completed the job satisfactorily. Unfortunately, they do not seem to stand by their work, evident in the fact that they don't even have a 3 day guarantee.

I just witnessed these guys unloading a large amount of trash into our neighbors' dumpster. I called out to them to stop, they shrugged their shoulders and just took off. Shame on you, totally unprofessional.
