They just left my house after delivering my water heater that I called and ordered at 3:45 pm today. The Lone Rooter recommended them to me as my water heater went out this morning. This company was very responsive and wonderful. I could not believe that they would come from Pasadena to Tujunga on an hour notice to deliver my water heater. I have nothing but praise for this company and their customer service. Highly recommend them

My shower stems needed to be replaced but I couldn't remove them to bring to the shop. I called, and both employees were very friendly and helpful, saying if I had pictures and brought the handle they could figure it out. When I arrived, they took one look at my handle, said ""Price Pfister,"" and I had the updated version of my ceramic stem valves. They reminded me I'd need a matching socket to switch out the old with the new, saving me an extra trip to find that tool on my own.

Dealing with older plumbing can be difficult, I found everything I needed here for my mid-century duplex in Altadena. The staff is knowledgable and friendly! Though the sign says open to the trade, they also sell to the general public, very handy for the DIYer, and it beats the plumbing department at OSH any day!
