DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH PWO!!!!!!! I bought a Tankless water heater from the Glendora location. I was sold the wrong water heater. I called them and spoke to Thomas so I could exchange the one I bought for the right one he sold me. He told me they don't do exchanges or returns! I told him I just bought it 3 weeks ago and never open the box still in its original packaging! I asked if I could speak to his manager he said sure and left me on hold! Save your self the trouble and go with someone else! Filed a report with the BBB they didn't write any return or all sales are final notification on their receipts!

Walked in looking for a tankless water heater for a newly renovated rental. Asked the gentleman for a recommendation and he proceeded to lecture me on how I needed to bring my plumber in with me to make sure I was set up for a tankless. Would I be walking in looking to buy a tankless water heater if I didn't already have the setup for one?

After answering some more questions, he told me he wouldn't want to sell me a tankless because I'd complain later and it would be on him.

Rude and disrespectful, take your business somewhere where they actually want it.

This place has no hassle in and out. Needed a y branch PVC pipe guy over the counter assisted me in what l needed to do. Prices are great.

Same experience as another reviewer. I didn't do my due diligence and I went with a ""plumber"" they recommended without researching him. I got taken. I can't even find the plumber online to review him. Business name doesn't exist. Plumber went over budget for a tankless hot water heater install. The parts quoted by PWO were less than what I ended up paying when job was finished. Plumber said PWO didn't know what they were quoting. Expensive lesson for me. So check the plumber license, check reviews, get at least 3 quotes. I called PWO to complain about the plumber and asked them to remove him from their referral list.

Brought a piece of broken pipe in. Couldn't physically see if the piece I was buying would fit into the broken pipe to know if it was the right size. Both the guys told me it was the right size. Bought it. Took it home. WRONG size. Couldn't return it and get the right size. Out $20. Real nice guys.

Not good. Plumber they recommended did not have an active license. Charged $825.00 to change bathtub faucet. Ended up $200 per hour charge and no active Plumber's License. Be careful.

Never come here! Waste of time and money! Unprofessional and mean seller=owner: first gave incorrect advice and then charged unbelievable %% when we had to return brand new part that simply didn't fit (while wholesale stock agreed to waive any comission). Even didn't bother himself with customer respect and proper treatment! Very shady place!
