My plumber and I went to three store to find shower Pressure Balance Cartridge, it is an old model and we can not find what brand it is. We did not find it until ACE hardware staff told us to go to Plumbing store in brea, There are four stuff there and they are very nice and humor, they show us a magic box, and find a same pressure balance cartridge, and they give it to us for free due to the new one lost leakproof gasket, but the old one can match the new one. I am so lucky today. Thank all of you.

What a way to rip people off,if you a plumber pro or just a homeowner trying to find some help stay away from this store,and if you happen to make it there run,this was a bill of sale from today,$155 vs $75.01 (Home Depot) the exact same items,I understand that we are all trying to make money but this doesn't feel right! Definitely not ok,and of course they have a all sales are final policy,they definitely lost a costumer after we try to at least get store credit and they said next time go
To Home Depot! They (Home Depot) will definitely be getting our business over them!

Great place friendly people the right choice if you are willing to pay for quality. If not probably stick with Home Depot or Lowes they are probably the go to for Home owners that are not educated on quality but if you care about your Home or are in the tradenlike me P.W.O. Is the place to go.

Went into the store to buy an item for our shower. They had it for $61. I showed him the price at Home Depot was $39. Not on sale. That was the retail price. I asked if they could price match or at least get a little closer. They recommended that I go to Home Depot. They also carry a no exchange or return policy. Not sure how places like this stay in business. You need to remove the word wholesale from your name and switch it to 50% over retail. That would be more accurate.
