I went to PWO and purchased a water heater. I got to the job I took my razor knife and open the bottom and then noticed that it was a 30 gallon instead of a 40. I immediately called the office and asked him if I could bring it back and switch it out. They said no I had to buy another one. The best I could do is put it on your on the floor and try to sell it to somebody as a as an open box. This place completely sucks in the management does not know what they're doing. I am a general contractor and it will be the last time I purchase anything from there. They charge me $850 for a 40 gallon water heater I should've gone to Home Depot and bought it for 450. Least Home Depot would take care of what I bought. I would not go there and express anything except getting ripped off

If you need Plumbing supplies at a great price this the store. What sets this store apart is the service you get when you ask. I got so frustrated trying to find a plumber that I decided to try it myself. Gabriel and RJ are so helpful and patience. Especially if your like me who has limited knowledge with plumbing. With their guidance I was able fix plumbing issues at a business. I went in knowing nothing and came out looking like a Pro thanks to them.

The people there we're pretty nice. They helped me pick out a new wall-mounted faucet for my kitchen, due to the fact they did not carry the parts to fix my old one. So I paid $127.83 for a new peerless claymore wall-mounted faucet, got home check prices online seem like most of the prices were between 50 and $60. Just for the pure fact that they're double of what I could have bought this almost anywhere else and all sales are final no returns exchange or refund I probably will never go back here. I don't wish them any ill-will but I guess that's my fault for not doing my homework. In my opinion people should check online or had a big box store just so they know the prices when they go into the pwo.

My hubby called around to local plumbers and out of everyone he called, the plumbing wholesale outlet was the most informative and helpful.
He spoke to Andrew on the phone and he was extremely helpful and took the time to look up tankless water heater models and explained things professionally. They had the tankless that we were looking for in-stock (thank goodness!) so I didn't have to order it online and wait.
Finally! a great local modern day plumbing location in the neighborhood. Definitely recommended!

Home Depot didn't have the T-adapter I needed, but PWO did. I didn't know the exact measurements of the T-adapter I needed, but PWO was able to find the correct T-adapter for me based on the incorrectly sized adapter I already had in my possession and some photos on my phone of the valve I was trying to connect it to. Excellent service and fair price. Thank you!

The worst customer service at PWO! Robert, the owner kicked me out because I don't spend enough money here. Instead, shop at Mission Hardware 501 W.Valley Bl., San Gabriel, CA 91776. They have better service at Mission Hardware.

They moved to 17 W. 1st Alhambra. Just 1/2 block of Main Street. Carlos and Robert are really great guys and helpful.
