James L.Managing properties isn't easy, and sometimes you need items asap, like a water heater for instance. After calling some people who can install a new one, one of them mentioned PWO, a place I've never heard of but driven by so many times.
I called this place and they actually have this certain item I need in stock, something neither giants like Home Depot nor Lowe's carry in their inventory without having to wait weeks for shipping.
My calls in to inquire and visit to the store to make the purchase have all been met with great customer service. They took the time to ask questions, explain the warranty and even voluntarily called the vendor to make sure it's a good fit. Try getting that kind of service from Lowes.
