Actually this is a late review but a good one. I contacted Plumbing Upgrade in 2019 because I wanted my whole house repiped. I was having a slab leak, I had already paid a company on two separate occasions to fix leaks from both of my upstairs bathrooms from the old copper pipes. My best judgment was to have all the pipes replaced for the whole house. Alex came over for the estimate. He said he would send a five man crew over for two days. They started at the main outside and went through to the garage and installed a new shut off valve and all new pex pipes throughout the house with two new spickets for the front and backyard and pressure tested it the first day. The second day they replaced all the drywall cuts and textured back the walls to the original state and cleaned up everything. I didn't have to have them paint because the texture matched up so good to the paint you couldn't tell the difference, but they will match up your paint and paint too if you need it. I paid some extra to have a few new faucets installed too while they were at it. They masked off the stairs as they went back and forth and covered over all the furniture and appliances to keep the debris to a minimum. I can't say enough about the crew they just came in and went to work. They were very coordinated and professional. They definitely know their business. The price was great considering it was a few thousand less than a couple estimates I had gotten from other plumbing companies not to mention they told me I would have to pay separate to their guy for the drywall repair, but these guys do it all. I received a 25 year warranty in writing. Its three years later and everything is still in perfect condition...no leaks. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing services.

My bathtub faucet cartridge broke. I was unable to turn my water off. My wife was preparing for Easter dinner and we were doing laundry so we were unable to shut off the water. I called multiple different plumbers and none of them are working on the weekends. I called Plumbing Upgrade and Julian came over within an hour with all the tools and supplies needed. He fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes.

My bathtub faucet got stuck and wasn't able to stop water running. I left message to Alex and he call back shortly to let me know to take pictures of problem and send to him. He call soon after again and let me know the price and when he can help. He was very professional and kept me updated with when he's arriving. Also, he was very helpful and informative about issues I had could be caused by water softener part need replaced. I would recommend him to everyone.

23 years of house repairs, we finally picked the right company!!!! I can't say enough good things about the 3 technicians that repiped my house. This was my 3rd slab leak in 9 yrs. We obviously should have repiped the whole house the first time ( advice to anyone with slab leak) Anyway I feel very confident that the work was done the best it could be and EXTREMELY happy with the price and service we received!

This company is AMAZING! We had a slab leak and had another company come out and give us a quote which was almost double this company and they were not even going to do all that this company did. The re plumbed my entire house including patch and paint in three days. You would've never known they were here. I had two small issues and they were both resolved within hours. tge water co. in my city sent me a threatening letter informing me that i've had a leak losing 5- 50 extra gallons a day for the last 3 months & i'd better get it repaired before fines starts. and my water heater had cracked, flooding my garage. julian & dennis show such knowledge & expertise in repiping the area under my garage slab to my water shut off valve & replaced my water heater all in one day.

This is the BEST company ever! We had an emergency in our new house in a new zip code and it was urgent. I googled by zip code and saw this number. Alex one of the co-owners answered and said ""this is not big deal, we can fix this issue simple, I can come tomorrow."" I said ""we need to shower an have no water in the house because of the leak."" Alex said ""no problem give me a few minutes."" He called back and said someone would be there in 15 minutes. Jeff the other co-owner came right away and was amazing. He calmed my 60+ year old parents down, reassured them it will be ok, fixed the problem very quick, helped us think through a new system that will ensure we stag good and agreed to come back. He worked so fast and professionally, he was a nice and kind human that clearly knew what he was doing. The experience with Jeff and Alex restored my faith in humanity!

Great service, had a kitchen faucet that was leaking more water under the sink than was coming out the faucet that needed to be replaced. Jeff the plumber that came out to the house right on time, as a matter of fact the same day I called them, I was given a price on the phone that was a good price. Jeff was pleasant and worked quickly and clean. I would not hesitate to just call Plumbing Upgrade first the next time I need a plumber!

Plumbing Update was great! They were able to go to a rental house and replace a broken garbage disposal for me right away. I found them to be reasonably priced too! I would use Plumbing Update again for any future plumbing needs.

Call Plumbing Upgrade! You won't regret it! We were removing a sink for some flooring that was being installed and realized that the valves were stuck. I got a few quotes from nearby plumbers and received a quick response from Plumbing Upgrade at a great price. Jeff came the next day. He was on time and was in and out in no time at all.
