This """"Company"""" charged 125$ an hour for 4 hour (500$) of """"work""""to try to find a water loss and didn't find the problem ! Also rdamage the dry wall try to find the the problem and didn't repair it . Be aware of them !

They sent Major to my house and he took his sweet time simply hooking up a gas stove and dryer, they deliberately take their time so you can expect a huge bill! My stove is nowhere close to being leveled! I called and asked them to come back and correct the installation, the girl that works in the office told me she would get back to me, it's been over 2 weeks and still no call!! I recommend you look elsewhere.

I called and was given an appointment between 4 and 5 with Nick. No one showed up and I could not get a hold of anyone at your office. I have a plumbing emergency. None of the toilets work and I am a single mother with 2 daughters. I trusted your company and I even received an email from you confirming my appointment. I was called at 6:30 by some guy that told me that nick told him to call and that he could make it to my house in 40 minutes. We have been without a toilet all day! He said he would charge me $375 because it was after hours!! It's not my fault that you missed your appointment. Why am I penalized that it is now after hours? I was told by your office that someone would be here between 4 and 5, and that if snaked from the outside it would be $150 and if inside, it would be $275. Now I have some guy talking to me as if he is making a big sacrifice to come to my house after hours and he is going to charge me $375! This is a scam and a bait and switch. I feel that this was done deliberately to charge me more and it is unethical. I am going to report you to the better business bureau and I am going to leave a review on yelp and tell everyone in Miami about your company and how you tried to scam a single mother of two daughters when they were in need. They get one star only because I can't post if I don't give a star. One star is too much for them.

We are a condo assn and have experience with many plumbing co's and by far this is the best. Had two emergencies this week and they responded and resolved our problems timely as always. Never had to call them back for same job. Super knowledgeable and reliable. Super reliable and knowledgeable

Water line from meter to house broke due to age (cast iron). Plumbers Unlimited came out with the hour to do a quick repair to get me thru the weekend. They came out today (Labor Day) to do the job. They are courteous, professional on time and really care about their clients. If you need a plumber call them. Jay and Jamal came in the morning and started working right away. They cleaned up afterwards.
