I called Plumbing Tree to come by and fix a few plumbing issues we had in our downtown condo. Miguel provided great service on really short notice. He was professional, clean, and polite, and was very quick with resolving the issues. These guys have it figured out and I would recommend them to anybody.

We could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Freddy and Plumbing Tree! We had a broken hot water valve and a leaking water heater. Freddy was able to fix both in a timely manner and did everything possible to save us money on the repairs. He was very easy to communicate with as well as being very professional. He is reliable, trustworthy and an overall good guy! I will be using his services again whenever needed and highly recommend anyone needing plumbing services to give Freddy and Plumbing Tree a call.

These guys are awesome. Called on Thursday and Freddy answered the phone. I told him that I needed a new garbage disposal and he told me that he might be able to fix the one I already have for less money than to replace it. How many folks offer you a possible cheaper solution?! He was here on Friday and confirmed I did need a new garbage disposal after seeing if he could fix the old one. He stuck to his price quote that he gave me on the phone and was courteous and professional. These guys are definitely going to be my go to plumbers for now on. Thanks!

Great Service! I had no problem calling and making an appointment. They were upfront about pricing and I even received a new customer discount when the work was done. Miguel was completely professional and friendly. So far, I've only used them once but I will definitely call them again the next time we need any type of plumbing service.

Once again we have been so pleased by our experience with Plumbing Tree. They schedule quickly;(Nellie at the desk helped us send photos and has the patience of a saint!!) are polite and take good care of your house while they work; don't laugh at your problem which anyone should have been able to fix; work quickly; and charge fairly. I ""thought"" I had a great plumber until I met these guys!! WOW! The Customer Service bar has been raised even higher. I had a very serious pipe leak at my house just a couple of months after I purchased it. The previous plumbers I worked with were unable to figure out the cause and made me feel that I would have to jackhammer my new flooring as the only solution. In fact, I had three leak inspectors, an insurance claims expert and a even shaman out to figure out WHERE the source of the pooling water that was creating a mote outside of my house was coming from and not one could figure out why. SO as a last ditch effort, which I now kick myself for not doing in the first place, I went to Yelp to vet out a pro. BAM! That's how I found Plumbing Tree.

Freddy (the owner) and called me back a couple of hours after I left a voicemail explaining my predicament. Mind you that was at 8:45pm at night.... yup! That was the first indication I had made the right decision. Second his crew came the next day, on time, in full uniform including booties that protect the floors.. very considerate. He explained his didactic process to me from top to bottom... started by eliminating all potential sources from the outside in. He hired a sub-contracting consulting to specifically locate the interior leak and assured me that he could fix the problem without tearing up my new flooring.

He sent me a few quotes and did not pressure me on going with the most expensive because he told me that even the least expensive would fix the situation.

Now here's where I need to fess up that because I am very new to the home improvement world, I was a bit of a nightmare customer. I probably called him 15-20 times with questions. I mean, really.... a little excessive on my end, but he NEVER, not once, made me feel like a PITA and was always very informative and patient.

On the day we decided to do the work, his crew came. He walked me through his treatment plan and I left for work with every appendage crossed hoping that it was this and not the poltergeist that my BF was trying to tell me that it was.

After nine hours later, I returned to the house to see Freddy and the Plumbing Tree crew wrapping up. I was convinced that with the luck I had been having that they probably were unable to fix the leak and had to break down all of my walls.

GUESS WHAT!!!???? They Fixed it!!! I could not be more grateful!!! I mean I have always wanted to live in a castle with a mote, but NOT in La Mesa. As a result, I am customer for LIFE and I am beyond grateful to this company for helping me with my nightmare plumbing sitch.

I thought their superb reviews were to good to be true. Nope. They are excellent. Miguel was friendly and on time. The work quote was very close to the end tally, which was 1/3 the cost quoted by a big company here in San Diego. They are my plumbers for life!

We noticed a small leak from our water heater. Plumbing Tree came recommended to us by a neighbor who used them. We called and talked to Miguel over the phone who simply asked us to take photos of our heater and text them over to him so he could get a better idea of our dilemma (new heater vs repair). He confirmed what we knew: we needed a new heater. They were willing to install the water heater we picked out from HD which we had ready for them on arrival. I took one star off because it took their worker 5 hours. Maybe it was a reasonable amount of time, given he had to additionally reroute the piping in the wall . But then again, the job could have used 2 workers on site as he needed an extra pair of hands to help him lift the heavy water heater. (Someone did show up momentarily to aid him even though my burley boyfriend offered to help.) Ultimately, I agree with other yelpers, this business was courteous, professional, and trustworthy so I would both recommend and use them again.

Update: It's been 6 months since installation and no problems. Thanks!

Left a message and got a prompt call back from Freddy who was professional and friendly. He gave me his assessment after listening to me describe the problem and gave a quote (which ended up being REALLY accurate) over the phone. He had an associate out to our house in less than an hour (I think we kind of got lucky!). Miguel was our technician. He, too, was very courteous and professional. He fixed our water heater issue with no problem- Overall the experience was an A+. We will be keeping their number on file for the future!

First time I have used them and couldn't be happier. Had them fix the wax gaskets on two toilets and clean the main line out to the street. Miguel was great!
