I contacted Plumbing Tree because of the many 5 Star reviews I saw on YELP. I spoke with Freddy who reassured me I would be just as happy with their service and he was right. Freddy later confirmed Miguel R. could arrive a little earlier and did so within minutes. A couple of days earlier, another company had kept me on hold, then waiting for returned calls and then never bothered to call or show up! Miguel was friendly and professional and surely put on those shoe booties before walking in as other customers had mentioned. We soon discovered the condo complex water supply would need to be turned off for at least a few minutes and with urgency, I ran out to place 10 emergency notifications throughout the complex. Miguel turned off the water supply, came back up to my unit to complete the first part of the job and did so within 15 minutes. The water supply was turned back on so quickly that residents, more than likely, were not inconvenienced. Miguel was accurate in his assessments, he was concise and finished the needed work within a couple of hours. If you want peace of mind when it comes to selecting a company to handle your home plumbing needs, selecting Plumbing Tree may do it for you. i find plumbing tree service here on yelp. Called them this morning for disposal replacement and leaking problem. They sent Miguel and Alex within 2 hours, Which is right on time for my appointment. Great works. Miguel and Alex even did cleaning the trash and wipe the dirt from the replacement work, which is really really nice! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

Had to have all the components under my kitchen sink put back in (garbage disposal, faucet, etc) as well as a new dishwasher installed...called 4 plumbers for quotes. The quotes I received were:
$650 (flat rate)
$525 (flat rate)
$459 (flat rate)
And plumbing tree, who quoted me a range of $160-300, and said they charge on an hourly basis. Went with plumbing tree and they completed the job for $270 (needed a couple parts which cost $21 which they wouldn't have known I needed when they quoted me). So glad that I shopped around for a fair price. Miguel came in, completed the job in just over 2 hours, and was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I started using Plumbing Tree 2 years ago when I moved into my house. Freddy has always been great to work with, true to his word and up front about costs and managing expectations. I love seeing his business and team grow, but I shouldn't be surprised since their service has been dependable and I actually found them on Yelp due to their other great reviews. Every team member that has some come to my house over the past 2 years (house was built in 1975) has been courteous and professional.

This time our garbage disposal was leaking and they were able to come out next day. Would recommend Plumbing Tree to anyone!

A few weeks ago I had a stopped up kitchen sink and I was concerned because the last time I had it cleared, another plumbing company had used a mechanical router going through the roof and wound up breaking one of the cast iron pipes that I have going in to my main waistline. One of my big concerns was if they did it again that they might break open the main waste line which would have been a real mess. I called and talked to Freddy and we made arrangements for him to come out the next day. I really wanted Freddy because he had the most experience. However the day he was to come out he told me that the night before he had been on another job until 5 in the morning and was going to send Miguel. I was a little apprehensive because Miguel wasn't quite as experienced however Freddy assured me that he really knew what he was doing, and if there was any problem he would come out.

As it turned out Freddy really did know what he was doing. He took a different approach and removed a pipe from underneath the kitchen in a crawl space, and used a small router so I didn't have to go into the waistline. Smart kid. After that since he was there I had a seal on one of my toilets that needed replacing because the toilet was leaking around the bottom. I had this done once before but it has started leaking again. When Miguel took the toilet off to replace the seal, he noticed the flange was sticking up about three eighths of an inch above the floor. He thought about it and then went out to the truck and got some small pieces of wood to use as a shim so the front of the toilet so it would be level with the back. Two other plumbers had failed to do this or even notice it which led to the leaks in the first place. I have used plumbing tree once before and I was very happy with them then as well. They are very capable know what they are doing and do a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them.

Thank you thank you thank you Miguel and Freddie! So polite and professional! And I appreciate the fact that they wear coverings on their shoes every single time they come in and out and left our kitchen at least as clean as it was before! I would recommend these guys to anyone. And as much as I dislike doing dishes, I'm so excited that my sink works now and I can actually clean my kitchen!

We had major build up in the pipe of our kitchen sink. I called Freddy and he was very professional and courteous. After procrastinating on having my leaky shower fixed, I called Plumbing Tree on Friday, 11/27 and spoke to the owner, Freddy Sandoval. He was able to schedule me for the next day and fixed everything I needed repaired. He was meticulous and thorough with his repairs and cleaned up without leaving a trace of residue behind! I was very impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service skills! I have a couple of other projects that he will be doing after the new year and I know I will be getting a quality job at a great price from the Plumbing Tree! I highly recommend this company!

Freddy is very knowledgeable and taught me a few tricks on installing faucets. Freddy and Miguel installed three bathroom faucets and a shower diverter. They were not the least expensive plumber I found, when calling around. However I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a Saturday afternoon appointment. The called ahead, arrived early and finished in the time they estimated. The did quality work, so I have piece of mind, so the few extra dollars were well worth. I highly recommend Plumbing Tree.
