Happy to say that I had a great experience with Plumbing to a Tee. A piece of the face plate / ring around the tub drain had corroded / rusted and cracked off. The missing piece was causing water to leak through the floor / downstairs whenever we turned on the faucet. Responsive - * Responded to my texts quickly and was able to come out to take a look within 48 hours. Communication - * The owner, Rashad / Mr. Patterson, texted me to let me know he was going to be running about 30 minutes later than our scheduled time. * Once he took a look at my plumbing issue, he provided a detailed, thorough explanation of exactly what the process would entail. Price - * He was willing to work within my budget to get the job done. Other - * He's licensed, bonded and insured. * He warranties his work. * He's willing to provide written estimates and invoices. * While here replacing my tub drain, he actually took a look at my kitchen sink and resolved an issue with the faucet (installed a few months ago). The faucet was installed by a handyman and he'd failed to tighten the faucet and faucet handle and I'd been dealing with it for months. Mr. Patterson tightened the base of the faucet down AND tightened the handle AND moved the hose weight to the appropriate spot - at NO ADDITIONAL cost.

my water heater broke and Rashad came out to assess the situation. He tried to light the pilot several times to see if he could get it to work. Ultimately, I needed to replace it after 13 years. He was very knowledgeable and patient and talked me through the installation from start to finish. He did not mind answering questions and encouraged you to ask questions. He did a great job even replaced all of the piping around the hot water heater. He does excellent work and has the best attitude than Any plumber I have recently worked with. You will not be disappointed , great job Rashad, PS. He came out the same day and did the work the same day that was amazing since I had no hot water!
