Joseph and the other plumbers replaced a gas line that had been improperly installed before I moved in. They took a while to schedule the work, but it wasn't an emergency, so this wasn't too inconvenient. When they came to do the work, they were quick and professional and charged a fair price. And they were nice guys! I'll definitely be calling them again for my plumbing needs.

They do excellent work at fair prices..normally, they are able to stop by the same day to check what works need to be performed. They recently replaced 2 water heaters for me..one on New Year's Eve day..super last minute request but they came out and handled everything same day. I highly recommend their services!

Joseph and his team were great and very easy to work with. I had a leak and to my shock I learned my 100+ year old pipes were total useless. Joseph came in dug things up, installed a new system and the made sure the tenants upstairs were never interrupted. He broke up concrete to install new pipes and had a company come in with a small tractor and clean up the concrete and haul it away....nice!. As for working with you on the price he was very flexible and NOT MONEY HUNGRY like a lot of other companies. He offered options where I could make payments over a short period of time or pay by credit card. Most important of all the inspector passed his work the first time. Most impressive of all Joseph keeps his word and knows his stuff. I have a new Plumber who I will call for any needs on my other properties.

Joseph responded quickly when I had an emergency. He fit me into his schedule, keeping me posted to let me know at what time the service would be provided. Joseph sent an excellent plumber who was efficient, kind, professional - and who completed the job expertly. Also, Joseph has a great sense of humor! assigned by home sears warranty to one of my rental properties in Pleasanton, CA. Since this service by itself is a SCAM, the business like these also taking advantage of that. They even don't show or when show, just get the deductible and leave without doing anything. these guys showed up and claimed the leak is not accessible and need a leak detection company. Lie... i called a high rank and responsible company, went there and fixed the issue in no time. the problem was the dishwasher that was newly installed. these guys just got the $100 deductible and bailed on the project. why bother right? i'm moving ahead to sue these guys and Sears. stay tuned. Business like these without knowledge of any law and regulations, think this is away of business. they don't know what commitment means and what does it mean accepting money. AVOID THEM and cut the hassle.

Terrible Customer Service from Kriti and Chris.

I contacted them Jan 14th to receive a quote to replace our spa unit. They sent over a tech (Oleg) who encouraged us to give them our old spa unit to find a replacement. Gave me a written receipt of taking our old equipment. I have to constantly reach out to them for all of Jan, Feb and April and they give a run around until I finally get a quoted price of 3780. I asked to get a split price of how much is the labor and how much is the unit itself. They were unable to give me the price of the unit since they receive them at a discount from the supplier and they mark up the price of their units they sell even higher. I got a quote from other contractors all confirming a lower price for the same job. After 4 months they decide to bill me a service charge without prior knowledge of the fee. I found out they had later ""discharged"" the old unit after requesting it back.

Worst customer service if you ever have to deal with them.

From the time of first contact with Jennifer, until the job was completed (in the nick of time) by Oleg, all was smoothly handled. Oleg is the man!
He gets to the job and is very experienced in the craft, he carefully inspected everything in regards to the needs of the job to be performed and completed it to our full satisfaction.

We have had Chris Plumbing do semi-annual cleanings for our laundromat. We requested that Chris clean our drain after cleaning the drains for the rest of the shopping center that they also do. This assures us of the best cleaning. We also requested they do the cleaning out to the full length of their power wash line. This makes sure it is fully cleaning. They do it all very reliably and efficiently.

I attempted to work with Chris Plumbing to repair a small Thermasol spa unit. Chris Plumbing is an authorized local service provider for Thermasol. After scheduling an appointment and agreeing upon a time, the repair technician failed to arrive during the agreed upon window. When called, Chris Plumbing informed us that the time needed to be rescheduled for later in that day. The repair technician failed to show up for that appointment, also. As I attempted to work with the Chris Plumbing customer service team, they essentially informed me that it was my problem. Poor service, poor follow up. I urge you to consider any other plumbing service.
