Plumbing Techs were communicative and punctual. I needed them to check out the slow drain in my second floor bathtub. The house is almost 100 years old, so it involved taking out an old corroded drum trap and replacing it with more modern equipment. Martin from Plumbing Techs completely fixed the problem while offering helpful advice on other issues. The pricing was fair as well. I'll definitely use them for our future plumbing needs and I'd recommend their services.

Had a minor clog in our main line that was causing a couple sinks to back up. Called Pluming Techs to set up an appointment expecting to have them come out a few days later. They ended up being able to come out in a matter of hours. And unlike some companies that will quote you one price and try to charge you significantly more than that, these guys quoted us a price and then charged us less! I would absolutely recommend going with Plumbing Techs for any of your Plumbing needs

Quick service. I got an appointment the next day, which was nice. I had a bathtub leak which the tech diagnosed and repaired. Some of the repair was a correction of what the previous installer had done. Friendly service.

Early February 2020 I have just had Plumbing Techs replace my old sump pump and replace the entire discharge line underground. The service was excellent!!! Everyone was very helpful, professional, on time, fast, and understanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing problems. The new sump pump is working fine. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I called to ask for help with a plumbing issue at my Mother's home. It was early March and my Mom lives on a slab, no basement with only a crawlspace underneath the house. I informed the person on the phone what the problem was, which was a backup in the sewer. Water wasn't running down the system to the street and would take hours to drain the bathtub. I informed person who took call that the sewer cap was beside the house and had to be dug up with a shovel. I also asked if problem could be resolved by going thru toilet instead. I also asked if ground being frozen would be an issue or if they had ways to get to cap in those conditions or if it was best to wait. I was told someone would come and look at it.
Well the day came and plumber showed up, my Mom showed him where cap was buried, he then had to say he couldn't do job because he didnt bring a shovel. Mu Mom offered him hers and then he said ground was too frozen and he would bees to come back after ground thawed and even suggested going through toilet might not be effective ( which I agreed with myself ). He then left her an invoice for just showing up!!! Why did I bother going through painstaking detail over the phone? He came with NO plans on fixing anything, only to make a quick 60 bucks off an old lady.
The funny thing is, if this business was honest and stood by their work, they could have shared the information with us to hold off, if possible, or they could have not charged and we would have used them 5 days later when warm weather broke. I felt ripped off. I understand it is common practice to charge for "" house calls "", but we did not ask for a diagnostic. I clearly painted a picture of what situation was and he came out to do nothing and get paid. Beware
