Had an appointment scheduled for 2 - 4pm, four days in advance.
Called at 4:30, was told someone was on the way, would arrive in 15 minutes. Said he was surprised the tech didn't call to say he'd be late.

He finally arrived at 5:00; no apology. In fact, told me that he was NOT supposed to be here between 2 - 4! Couldn't believe the attitude.

Very strange business practices. Did not, and will not, risk finding out what their plumbing practices are like.

I wish I would have read the review about these crooks! DO NOT USE THEM. This dude came to look at the job. Charged 65 dollars and said the job will cost 701.35. I'm a licensed builder and can do the job but I don't have my tools so just eat it and have the plumber do it to finish the recess lights by the end of the day. I figured 350 tops. The job was basically 1-1.5 hours tops. The plumber who came out even said 'yeah it's a bit pricey but my boss calls the shots' unreal. I don't know how the hell these guys stay in business. believe me, FIND ANOHER honest plumber.

I was very happy with my water heater replacement. The job was done quickly and neatly. Along with this, the service tech,Josh, gave me a few pointers to help this new tank last much longer.

I will never use these guys again. They do very poor work that they claim to be normal (for them I say). They also charge you nearly twice as much as another plumber.

I had a gas line installed for an outdoor grill and they initially forgot to bury the tracer line so they stuck one a couple inches deep. When I asked them about that they said they'd send someone out to fix it right away. Only after at least 5 calls/emails and 3 weeks later did they show back up. And then they made a huge mess of rock and dirt all over my lawn and left me with a trenched area with grass put over it grass that was about 4-6"" deep. I needed to have my landscaper fix it after they claimed that was normal. Then their pipes rusted within a week and they claimed that's normal as well and they need to be painted. So why didn't they paint them? No pride in their own work. Then I asked another plumber who was out doing my backflow inspection what he would have charged...he came in at half their price. Should have shopped around for sure!
