Good service and easy to do business with. We met this company at a couple job sites for potential work but did not proceed due to change in plans. We liked their response rate and smooth communication so when our house's plumbing had an emergency we reached out to them and they were able to get the job done immediately. Had a chronic outdoor leak that was thought to be due to the sprinkler system. Appreciated the free estimate for the problem- offered sonar evaluation vs excavation to find the source of the outside leak. They were thorough (did the sonar evaluation to find the source of the leak) and then fixed the problem (broken water valve). The technician who did the work cleaned up afterwards! Cost was reasonable.

If there is below one star, I'll give half star review on this. George is the worst business owner I've ever dealt with. No professional ethics, unable to keep his words and appointments.
He did the job at the front of my house, the deal was he will place a copper pipe from the main line then separate the water sprinkler and the line inside my house. We trusted him (maybe because he goes to church) so I let him do the job without any supervision. He finished the work, the job was $3525.00. He made the crappiest unprofessional work I've ever seen. I called him and texted him back because I have to complain of how the finished job looked like and George promised to come back to do some repairs be he never did. For 3 months me and my boyfriend tried to contact him so he can come to the house and explained to him what he needed to do but he just made an irresponsible reply of coming but he never did.

Worst service ever... do not trust this company. The owner George has horrible customer service, paid for a job that was over $400 and they did not do the job correctly. George at first was very nice and said he would fix the problem at their cost since it was not fixed correctly in the first place. Just got off the phone and he totally took back the offer of fixing what we had called for in the beginning and ended up yelling and blowing up. It's unfortunate that there are people like this

Replaced kitchen faucet. Afterwards, underneath the kitchen sink floods. Called and received no call back. Found the drain wasn't screwed back in and the gasket was bulging on one side.

scheduled an appointment. no one shows. get a call from the tech and asks me my address. after I gave the receptionist my address 3 times. she even repeated it to me. well i call the office and explain the situation to the guy that answered. instead of apologizing I get a rude response. "" What do you want me to do. it is what it is. "" I canceled on them. horrible customer service. Dont waste your time with this place.

Had a leak in my irrigation and another in the back. Oscar came by promptly and professionally dressed. He assessed the situation and provided a fair quote. He went and picked up needed parts and even wrapped my pipes which had old wrapping and missing wrapping. 10 thumbs up! Ask for Oscar. Will use them again and recommend to my neighbors on ""NextDoor""

They repaired/installed the regulators on the main water line and sprinkler system. Repaired the piping as well. Carlos was excellent in every aspect. He was professional, hard working, and easy to work with. Would definitely refer to friends and family and use this company again in a heart beat.
