I have been living with my 60 year old Galvanized pipes for 30 years now. No hot water or pressure in my kitchen sink. No hit water pressure in my showers. I figured it was time to replace them. I heard a couple advertisements on the radio and decided to give them both a try. I had 2 appointments for quotes. The first quote came in rather high. Taking away 1/2 of my budget! But when I got the quote from the plumbing tech repiped specialist, i was very delighted! It was much much lower. Sergio and his crew came in and did my whole house in a day! They were a hard working bunch and didn't take a break the whole day until it was finished! Miguel was the man overseeing the project. He was there until the final inspection passed! I recommend plumbing tech repipe specialists to anybody who wants to get their house repiped and save a ton of money! Thanks guys! I'm enjoying my hot water pressure now!

I'm not going to lie, I was weary going into this process with this company. Sergio(the father?) came to my house completely unprepared with no contract for us to sign, I work for contractors, and that is not a good look for contracting companies when you don't have your own copy of the clients contract that is ready to be potentially signed and paid. So I had to download Adobe Acrobat which is a PDF Editor on my Mac-book, so I can digitally sign and give my deposit. But they completely knocked it out of the park, replacing 50 year old cast iron under the house to copper and they brazed the 90s and couplings and insulated the hot water side, and upgraded outside hose bib and shutoff to the water heater, such great work. Everything turned out pretty timely fashion and from what i can tell. They did water line and drain line under the house, very good pricing, lowest out of all the others we had come by the house. Other than that, no complaints, good experience, and - Denise was a pleasure to work with, she was prompt with all my phone call questions.

Unprofessional!
I scheduled a estimate for a re-pipe replacement and we had it set for a Saturday at 10am. I coordinated with my tenant whom had to coordinate with someone else just so someone could be there.
The appointment time came and went, I called he office and the answering service answered and took my information down. About 2 hours later I get a call from a person who said they can go out to the property in a hour. By this time I had left the property and the tenants friend had left.
I called the office the following week to explain the situation to the receptionist who answered the phone. I didn't even get a apology or recognition of the circumstance, instead I got a ""well do you want to schedule another appointment""? I ask that she please have the manager call me back, she said she would. Never heard back from the manager or anyone else!
