They did sewer lateral at my investment property. They did a very good job, professional.
They replaced over 150 ft of old ceramic pipe underground with a new plastic pipe and got a certificate. It was a no small job. They obtained all the permits and restored the street pavement and all the concrete on my property (that they dug) to their original form after the job was done. The patches are not noticeable.
We did not have many quotations given to us for the job - just 3. Plumbing Tech were sufficiently lower than others to give them the job

The reason I knock down one star is because they cannot estimate time properly.
Their boss, Adrian, said they will arrive at 9 AM. The crew showed up at 10:30. I called Adrian, texted. There was no response.

Then, the job was estimated for 1 day. It took 2 days for them to finish the pipe replacement. I did not mind at all that they take their time as long as the job is done properly. I was initially surprised how they estimated this job for one day only.
After 2 days of work they only had to restore the concrete on the property which they trenched and to connect the garage to the main pipe. It was already dark and we agreed that they will come one more time. Initially, there was a crew of 2-4 people there but on the last day they sent one guy only who wasn't instructed to connect the garage. He leveled the trenches and prepared to pour the concrete when I pointed to him that the garage is not connected to the sewer. So, he opened the trench; he connected the garage to the main sewer line; he leveled the dirt over the trench again, poured concrete and completed the job. I didn't care how much time it took them, but for someone it maybe important.

What I am saying is - they do a terrific job, meaning the results are perfect. They, however, are clueless as to how long it might take. Just be ready that it will last longer.
I would recommend them to a friend and I already booked them for the next job on the property.

Plumbing leak under the slab during the winter holiday. Arturo came out with the middle bid, but won the bid since he was able to best articulate the scope of work and job expectations; any issues outside of the expectations were professionally handled and communicated. They re-piped our whole house in a timely manner. Plumbers, carpenters, and drywaller/painter all did great. I would recommend these guys to friends and families.

They were unable to clear the blockage in my main sewer line. The plumber suggested adding another cleanout, in the yard, for $900. I rejected that and he said that he could use the hydro jet, which is normally $900, for only $600 because they really wanted to get the job done. There is more, but to shorten the story, I declined any further work.

The next day I called a plumbing company that was recommended by my insurance company. That company came out and unblocked the main line without any problem.

I had a problem of very low water pressure, when we woke up in morning. I got a reference from my friend and called Plumbing tech. They were very efficient and came up same day on a short notice. They could identify and fix the problem. I am very satisfied with the service.

If you think to buy a phone then you will automatically choose Iphone but if you have any plumbing problems then I will recommend to choose plumbing Tech. they are like a rock (Alex) and very good customer service. They re-pipe my house and I am very happy about the result they did and I would say plumbing Tech is a big big winner.

I cannot say enough good things about Plumbing Tech, Inc., and their customer service. I have not had a major issue with the copper repipe they did two years ago and I trust their work, so naturally I called them for a minor leak which developed at the hot water coupling to the water heater. Unfortunately, the details of the job were misunderstood and they thought I was requesting a water heater replacement. On the day of the job, which I had scheduled two weeks in advance and for which I had made special arrangements to be off work and home for the plumber, they told me they couldn't find a water heater replacement that day but they could reschedule for the next day. That was not possible for me and I was a little upset when they told me all the technicians were already in the field and is was not possible to come to my house that day.

To make a long story short, the supervisor made arrangements to come to my house on a Sunday, an off day for him, in order to solve the problem and ""take care of me."" He arrived spot on time that Sunday and it took him only10 minutes, but he was very polite and professional and at no time did he display any anger at being inconvenienced. Claraval, the secretary who had to deal with me on the phone, was equally polite and professional, and was genuinely trying to help solve the issue. She always called back when she said she would and never did I get the feeling she was trying to blow me off (although she may have wanted to). I appreciate this type of service and I think it speaks well of this company and the degree to which they honor the ideal of good customer service.

I would not hesitate to use this company again. Their work is great and their customer service is even better.

I asked for five bids from various plumbers for a copper repipe of our 1950's San Jose home. Plumbing tech had the most competitive bid and were willing to pull permits for the job. They also had the best copper materials (type L) and made in the USA. They did the job in two days and we were very satisfied with the quality and speed of their work.

I had a gas leak problem. PG&E turned off the gas. The whole house couldn't have hot water after a day. I had a very good plumber before who moved to LA. Out of desperation I googled on the problem and plumbing. Plumbing Tech showed up on top. I was skeptical, but called them to give it a try. They were able to showed up the next morning. And fixed the problem in 2 days with a reasonable charge. Arturo was the technician, energetic, pleasant, professional, and thorough. I will call him again in case there is a plumbing problem again. Hope not. ;)

Repipe Specialists referred me to this company when they could not work within my time frame. I had a slab leak that when repaired, it kept popping more leaks; hence I decided to do a reroute to the attic. Brian, who did the bid, was professional, and explained the process well. He was patient with my questions and concerns. I did four bids and went with Plumbing Tech, because they were close in price to the other bids, but could leave me in the position of only having to paint when finished. The reroute crew was organized and finished faster than expected. They did have to do a few things after the city inspection, but worked well with the inspector and were able to get them completed and still get the drywall and texturing done on time. I was a little disappointed with the texturing job - it did not match as well as a previous job I had had done, but once I had painted it looked much better than I first thought. They cleaned up well inside, but left the outside a little messy. Both crews that came were friendly, professional and hard working. I would recommend them to family or friends who are considering reroutes.
