They came to the house for the free quote, and I just never heard back. I called and emailed and they told me they were working on the quote... It's been over 3 weeks now.... no quote, no faucet. So strange.

My landlord was taken in by their charm and how professional they appeared to be. Ha! They kept hiking up the bill for the repairs that were needed. Then they add more repairs to original job. My landlord went and got other estimates and was shocked to hear just how much they were over charging him. They should be ashamed of themselves.What started as a clogged drain became a major repair. What started out at a $3k job turned into a $38k job. Other estimates were around $15k

Not happy with service provided. I'm writing this review because I was promised a call back that never happened from Matt. What was a simple clogged drain turned into a very expensive fix. Tech was not able to snake drain. So I was talked into jetting and running a camera. Which cost me $800 after a discount. According to tech they located the clog and they wanted to charge me $5k to dig and fix. Very pushy to start the job. I contracted a different company at half the price only to find out the issue was elsewhere. Make sure to get a 2nd opinion.

Robert S. did an amazing job. What seemed like simple clog at first turned out to be a much bigger problem. We had a extremely bad washing machine drain clog under the garage slab. A couple of guys came out and located it with a camera, but couldn't break it up and determined they would need to cut into the slab and cut out the pipe. They didn't have tools on hand to do that. Due to the holidays there was a delay in getting Back out to do the job. After a final call they sent out Matt K. Who did a great job and left everything clean. Matt saved the company this job. Way to go Matt!
