We were referred to Plumbing Team by a friend. (You know how THAT is sometimes). Anyway, from our first contact through the completion of the job it was an incredibly professional experience. Kept appointments on time & kept in contact to let us know when exactly he would arrive...always on time! It was the dreaded ""slab leak""....words that no one ever wants to hear.
Albert explained what was happening & suggested what could be done to correct it. Helpfully explained the pros & cons of each method to remedy the problem. We chose the ""up & over"" re-route as opposed to jack-hammering into the floor. Albert did a masterful job of engineering/plumbing! He also took the time to explain what he was doing & why he was doing it that way.
There is something to be said for watching a professional do a professional
job...it borders on art!! And it was very reasonable, too!!! So much so that we have used Plumbing Team 3 times total & have been incredibly impressed every time. Highly recommended!!

Our tankless water heater has been acting up over time. It's at least 11 years old and we've never had it serviced (not a good thing apparently), but based on some local reviews we decided to give them a try and we were pleasantly surprised. Albert (owner) came over a day or so after making the appointment and was on-time (and called to let me know he was on his way). He didn't try to just sell me a replacement but took the old one apart to give it a thorough checkout for the $120 service call. He gave me his honest opinion and we decided to get a replacement due to the age of my tankless water heater (Albert est about 14 yrs). He also diagnosed that my pressure regulator was bad and I was leaning water and it prob didn't help my water heater either (150 psi vs a standard of 60-80). His wife did the homework to find me an equivalent replacement where size was important based on where the original one was. The installation went smoothly for both the tankless and the pressure reducing valve. Everything works perfectly and Albert got it all done in one trip. Everyone needs an electrician and a plumber they can trust on speed dial. Since my original plumber moved further away, I've been worried about finding a new one. I'm glad I can now add Plumbing Team to that list.

So I am updating this review to four stars as they called me, admitted they had made a mistake, apologized and came out to fix the pipe. The repairman was very nice but I'm still pissed iff that I was thrown about between Total Protect and this Plumbing company.

Referred to them by our home warranty company. In the past, our home warranty company has referred us to horrible companies. But The Plumbing Team was absolutely wonderful. Their technician Albertas Saliginas was amazingly kind and really just a delight! Evelyn- who answered the phone always called me back and was very professional in explaining the progress of the job. Highly recommend!

Another shout out for the amazing Plumbing Team. I recently had them out to my house, through my home warranty plan. I had previously gone through my plan and had bad experiences with two different plumbing companies. Fortunately, The Plumbing Team was assigned to me as an attempt to restore my faith in them, meaning the home warranty plan. This company is amazing. They go above and beyond what I expect, each time they show up. They are very respectful of guidelines for COVID-19. I never had to worry that they might infect someone in my home. Removing shoes, as well as wearing masks and gloves. Their workmanship is impeccable. I can't say enough about this company. The owner Albert who is the main person I have dealt with works quickly and efficiently. I look forward to using this company anytime I have the need. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a great plumbing team.
When you give them a call, you will know right away from the kind and helpful woman on the phone that you are in good hands. This is Evelina. She is another wonderful person on this team. I wish them the best. They definitely deserve it.

I was lucky enough to have Albert come to install my new dishwasher. He contracts with Lowe's. I'm always nervous when somebody else chooses the person for me. We'll talk about winning the lottery!
Albert is such a nice person. He really knows his stuff too. I enjoyed talking with Albert while he was installing the dishwasher. I really felt like we were old friends.

I will use Albert in the future for all my plumbing needs. I must say ""thanks Lowe's!

Lowe's contracted them to install our dishwasher yesterday, a vast improvement from our last dishwasher purchased from them several years ago. When they sent out someone that wasn't also a licensed plumber, leaving me with the task of hiring a plumber to connect the plumbing before the installer would return to finish his job. I guess Lowe's finally got things right.

And kudos to Albertas Saliginas the service technician, for arriving early and completeing the entire job professionally with such a friendly attitude. I'd request his services again for any future plumbing needs that might arise. And for taking the time to make sure that everything was connected properly and leak proof, then explaining all the functions to myself and my wife. Great job!

Albertas is a top-notch plumber. He's fixed my garbage disposal, installed a fridge water line, troubleshooted a leak in our ceiling and just fixed our water heater. He's honest, knows his stuff, and has always given me a fair price. He's great about communicating and shows up on time, as promised. I would recommend him without hesitation.
