Fantastic company. Jim the owner is the best. Devon great to work with and Lauren in office is very responsive. From the top down first rate company. My next plumbing issue (hope not to have one ) I will call PSI !!!!

Called PSI to fix a problem with a noise on our boiler. They charged us a $125 service call and gave us an estimate to service/clean and repair boiler-service charge not applied to work. They replaced the part, but didn't fix the noise. They came back to see if they could fix it-found another issue that wasn't diagnosed initially or found during servicing? And charged us another service call fee! Said they fixed it, but we noticed the boiler was running continuously-so called them to come back to look again and found that someone had left a clip in the boiler causing it to remain on- and guess what-another broken part and another service fee!! They finally seem to have fixed things, but after they left last time they set our water heater to 100 degrees so we had no hot water! They are staffed by young plumbers who do not have enough training or experience and the billing is a crime. Recommend you avoid at all costs.

They billed me almost $300 for a very simple sink clog. They also charged me $350 to change my faucet- it took 1/2 an hour. They are good plumbers ( although the guy I really liked has left the company) but they rip your face off on billings. Will be looking for new plumbers.

When things go wrong with customer service, and they sometimes do, there are company management teams that do nothing and others who move mountains to make things right. Such was my experiencing escalating a customer service issue with PSI. I could not be more pleased with the response I received from management once they were made aware of an issue involving the timeliness of response from a technician on the crew. Although my repair work has not been completed yet, I have a great deal of confidence that my project is receiving the attention it deserves and also appreciate the access I've been given to the management team if, in the event, I ever want to discuss a technical or service related issue.

I used this company several times. Each time they bill me for more hours than onsite. This is not a trustworthy company on billing nor repair. They have never fixed anything on the first visit then they bill u a second time to come fix their mistakes.

Update to last post. Within a few hours of posting my review, I received a phone call from management admitting and apologizing for the initial miscommunication in scheduling and lack of followup. They immediately put me on the schedule for the next day to address my plumbing needs. Additionally, they extended a gift card as an token of their sincerity in customer satisfaction. I will continue to use/refer this company for plumbing services.

Ismael was the lead plumber that came to our rescue, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done with no hesitation. He made us feel super confident about the services, heck we even developed a friendship and we plan to roast a cow head with him soon. PSI team/family is amazing!

We called one week ahead and booked an appointment with this company. They told us that they would be at our house between 10 - 1pm. We waited...and when it got to 2pm, we thought, well, we better call again. So we did. We were told that the person who was supposed to come to our home had an emergency and that they were very sorry. They said that he would now arrive between 3 and 5pm. He did not arrive at all nor did he call, nor did the office call to explain what happened.

So we tried calling and of course got the after-hours message explaining that if we called them, it would be XXXmore expensive. We sent an email and got a phone call the following morning...guess what we did? Hired a different plumber and he's doing the work now. Why bother with a business that can't even pick up the phone to tell you that they'll be late or not even bother to show up?

The plumbers themselves were great, but the billing was a bit of bait and switch. My wife was told it was a $100/hr rate for the work, but when the bill showed, some was at the aforementioned rate, but there was a flat fee for replacing the pressure release valve that was not covered by that disclosure. My advice would be to get EVERYTHING documented and detailed before letting them start.
