Below average and overpriced. I had a 2 hour window for the plumbers to arrive and they didn't show up until an hour after the arrival window and I had to cancel meetings to accommodate them. When I explained the shower pressure problem, their reaction was 'it seems fine to me' (it's not fine.....the shower is either scalding hot with good pressure, or a good temperature and the pressure is reduced to a dribble). They said replacing the shower cartridges would fix the problem and took photos and that they'd order the parts. I called 2 weeks later to see what was going on and there were no part orders or notes in their system at all and nothing had been done. At this point they'd been late, charged me over $300 for a simple toilet valve replacement and failed to follow up on parts ordered so I cut my losses and went elsewhere for the rest of the job.

PSI has seriously upped their game. Everyone i spoke with with was professional And prompt to return phone calls. I had three different service people come to my home, for different reasons. Each called ahead to tell me they were on their way, showed up on time or early and was fantastic at solving the ""situations."" We were EXTREMELY pleased and would higlou recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.
Fantastic service at a time when it is very difficult to get any service people to address a problem.

Sam and Diego were delightful! They confirmed when they were on their way, arrived prepared and very knowledgeable. They communicated the issue and offered easy to understand solutions and completed the job quickly. The dogs also adored them. Highly recommend.

PSI recently installed a new water heater in my home and also brought the plumbing up to code in our guest bath. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess when they were done and made sure to communicate any issues they came across that might change the final invoice. The office is responsive when you call and I received my invoice in a very timely manner which is important to me as I like to pay bills as quickly as possible.

Called them around 4:30 pm for a plumbing issue. was given the option of coming that night for an after hours rate or the next day between 2:00 & 4:00. They called and asked if they could come earlier. Had the issue fixed by noon. Rare speedy service in the valley these days.

Update: 12/28/2020- they sent us an invoice. I called the main line and requested someone call me back to discuss. No one has called and they charged my credit card today. Terrible customer service!

After 3+ weeks of trying to get a toilet installed including no-shows for appointments and numerous excuses, we are going to the next plumber. I cannot recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and call the next plumber.

Fantastic company. Jim the owner is the best. Devon great to work with and Lauren in office is very responsive. From the top down first rate company. My next plumbing issue (hope not to have one ) I will call PSI !!!!

Called PSI to fix a problem with a noise on our boiler. They charged us a $125 service call and gave us an estimate to service/clean and repair boiler-service charge not applied to work. They replaced the part, but didn't fix the noise. They came back to see if they could fix it-found another issue that wasn't diagnosed initially or found during servicing? And charged us another service call fee! Said they fixed it, but we noticed the boiler was running continuously-so called them to come back to look again and found that someone had left a clip in the boiler causing it to remain on- and guess what-another broken part and another service fee!! They finally seem to have fixed things, but after they left last time they set our water heater to 100 degrees so we had no hot water! They are staffed by young plumbers who do not have enough training or experience and the billing is a crime. Recommend you avoid at all costs.

They billed me almost $300 for a very simple sink clog. They also charged me $350 to change my faucet- it took 1/2 an hour. They are good plumbers ( although the guy I really liked has left the company) but they rip your face off on billings. Will be looking for new plumbers.
