I was building a house and had a large order to place. I was surprised to see that PSI had everything I needed in stock and ready for delivery. I was then further impressed when the owner himself showed up at the job site to not only deliver the product, but also unload it all for me. That's is what I call great customer service.

The guys at Plumbing Suppliers are fantastic. I was in dire straits when my main waterline developed a serious leak just before a major vacation and no plumber I called would do a temporary fix to the old corroded galvanized pipe. I went down to Plumbing Suppliers and the whole shop gathered around and offered input and suggestions on a temporary fix, the fix was to use a compression fitting along with PEX tubing and all the proper fittings. They even suggested a less expensive model (5x less) and everything they told me and sold me was the perfect fix to my problem. I still need to deal with replacing the entire run of my waterline but you can be assured all material and expert advice will come from Plumbing Suppliers.

I had an exterior spout that had a persistent drip and didn't want to pay for a plumber to come out and do a repair that I guessed wasn't too difficult.

Thank goodness for YouTube and the Plumbing Suppliers store. I brought in the interior part of my spout and they helped me get it open so I could replace two O rings, one was completely worn out. They also suggested I use some silicone grease to avoid the plastic rings from becoming brittle and extending their use.

All this for about $4.19!!! There were a number of professional plumbers getting supplies in the store, but I appreciate how they took their time to help me and not make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what to do.

After I got home I was able to make the repair in about 5 mins and the dripping has stopped.

Plumbing Suppliers is an excellent resource for pipe and fittings. I was putting together some shelving and wanted special lengths. They were able to accommodate my requests and expedite my order. For most items, they beat the big box store prices. The guys at the counter were nice and really took care of me. I definitely appreciate their excellent service.

A small business that is not crowded with customer service that is prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest coming here for your plumbing supply needs and skipping the big store frustration.

Great customer service and better pricing than the big box stores. The staff is friendly and most important knowledgeable. I have used PSI several times now and will continue to do so. Most recently, I was shopping for a ball valve arrangement to replace the standard, restrictive gate valve on my water heater drain. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they stock a ball valve assembly designed just for what I was looking for. The ball valve has female NPT on one side and a male hose connection on the other. I normally don't get worked up over plumbing parts, but this setup got me excited! I now have full, unrestricted flow out of my drain valve to remove the calcium deposits in my tank.
I've also placed large volume orders of various PVC and non-standard parts from PSI. They are diligent on placing special orders and even deliver the parts to the work site.
