Recommended Customer Reviews

Terrible customer service. I can't speak to the actual plumbing because the customer service actually prevented me from giving them business.
Call #1: I called to schedule an appointment. I was hung up on when I asked a question on the pricing. They can't give ranges of pricing, but will charge a minimum of $75 for booking an appointment. No free estimates. When I was trying to ask clarifying questions the customer service rep hung up on me.
Call #2: I called back to complain about the rep and was immediately placed on hold without even a hello.
Call #3: I called in from another number and my call was answered. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was one. She then told me she couldn't help me and without asking permission transferred me to her "district manager." The call didn't go to voicemail or answered... just rang.
Call #4: I called back to see if that was a mistake. I was told the District Manager was Alex Codifica, the owner was Fernando Manchester, and the office manager was Luanne Smith. This time the office manager had supposedly stepped out. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before a man claiming to be Alex answered. Unfortunately, before placing me on hold properly, I heard the customer service rep laughing about the fake names she gave the idiot customer. She was unable to even be clever.
Alex the "district manager" answered the call at last and told me (while pausing to try not to laugh) that he recorded all calls and would look into the issue. When I asked if it was legal to record calls without placing the customer on notice that they were being recorded, the "district manager" hung up on me.
Basically, I feel bad for the plumbers...with customer service that poor, nobody has a chance in heck of actually giving them business.

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I Called to set up an appointment and was hung up on because i couldn't except time they set for me. When i called back to let them know that it was very unprofessional to handle potential customers like that i was hung up on a second time. Then i received a call back from a different # asking if i just called about her and complained 2819624799 i said yes told her she was rude and needed to work on her customer service skills. Asked to speak to a supervisor said he or she wasnt available. Also said i shouldn't try and come to fry location as it doesnt exist. They are only mobile plumbers. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS with a company ever in the future. Made sn already stressful situation more stressful thanks for nothing!!!!!!! Need better people skills!!!!!! Hopefully the plumbers are better @ their jobs

I have filled an official complaint about this company with the BBB. Please be aware this company is listed under multiple names and websites. We had clogged toilets, and some backup into our bath tubs. We called this Sugar Land Plumber, they said they would not charge an emergency fee. Showed up an hour later than agreed upon. Quoted "up to 700$"(technician said only that much if it was very hard to fix)but only $150.00 if it was a simple fix. The two technicians spent 25 minutes snaking from the trap and claimed it was "really hard" to fix the problem. They demanded $725.00, then after a few minutes "offered" to reduce it to $625.00. We had our house snaked last year by a different, more well known company for $250.00 (and it took them twice as long to fix the problem) which included a $150 emergency fee. Upon discussion of the price the two technicians became very angry, saying things like, "We need our money, this is our commission" and, "I wouldn't snake a trap for $625.00 for the day time fee." Implying they have a separate day time and night time fee. Wouldn't that count as an emergency fee? I called the "boss" back and tried to discuss the situation with him. He said we had to pay the money, backtracked several times in the conversation over whether or not we were being charged an emergency fee, and in the end hung up on us not once, but twice. The two technicians started knocking on our door again, demanding their payment. Short of calling the police to have the company removed from our property we didn't know what else to do but pay them. They declared that they would take $500.00 now instead of the $725.00 they originally asked for. We were scammed big time by this company. I would like to state that the technician's behavior was completely unprofessional and even aggressive toward me when we discussed payment. I was starting to become frightened by the way they were talking to me and looking at me. I said in as polite a voice possible, "I can see that you're really upset, let me step back inside and talk to your boss about the situation so we can get it resolved." However nothing was resolved by talking to the boss, and we paid
