So great to get a call back right away! We needed same day service and they delivered - even with a long holiday weekend coming up. They kept us posted on when the plumber would be able to get to us so we weren't agonizing over it. Tony, Ryan and Eric are my heroes today!

We had a pipe burst in our wall and being a first time home owner, I had no idea where to even start. I called one company but they were booked up way out. I asked if they'd recommend any one and they suggested I called these guys. BEST CALL EVER! They came over in a day and started working immediately and even guided me on the best options. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. The plumber, Larry, was really amazing and through and explained everything in detail. I was out of town and he was helping us from afar. Larry was really great and worked hard on our issue. He communicated very well and even told me if he continued that day it would go into overtime and cost me more. He gave me the option to have him continue or to come back on Monday. He came back and finished the job with a helper who's name I ever got, but they both did a great job! It was fast and well done and even came in costing less than we had thought! It's been a looooong time since I worked with any company that had this level of communication and customer service. As a first time home owner and this being our first major repair, I don't think I could have found anyone that would have treated us better or helped us so patiently! Larry is a big asset to this company. I highly recommend PSI to anyone!!! Even from the office staff... Heather I believe her name was... just amazing and helpful! My mahalos to everyone here

At my first call, asking for information, Cherise Larson was very helpful and friendly, without being pushy. She offered me the first available time slot, which was the following business day. I had never used their services before, but they came very highly recommended from the Head of Maintenance in our development so the next time I need a plumber, they will be the one I call! I needed to find a way to reduce the pressure of the irrigation/pool line that was coming in at 125-140 psi. Our pool float valve, that was rated at 0-100 psi, was leaking from its seams, being unable to handle that much pressure. I called DWS to have them investigate it but got nowhere. Cherise offered to send Alex to give me a free estimate but as soon as he came and saw the pressure at 140 psi, he went ahead and installed a pressure regulator before any more time had passed and more damage happened. I couldn't be happier, and knowing I have a plumber like this available to me in the future is very comforting. I would absolutely recommend PSI to anyone.

I needed the water line in my condo kitchen repaired. They sent 2 men to do the work but only 1 man worked. The 2nd man stood by and did nothing for an hour. I was charged for 2 men for 2 hours. I was satisfied with the work by t he 1 man but very disappointed that I was charged for the 2nd man who did absolutely nothing

Late Friday afternoon before the Labor Day weekend, I asked Bryant Kelso, the plumbing professional with Plumbing Strategies working on an unrelated pipe repair outside our home, if he would check out why our hot water heater was not working properly before he left. He did so with a great attitude and determined that the re-circulating hot water pump needed replacement, but found that all the supply houses were already closed for the holiday weekend. He said that he would check to see if any were open Saturday morning and come back to install one if he had access to the part. Sure enough, Saturday AM he called to say he was on his way, and had the new part installed in a few minutes and we were back in good operating order. Bryant and his firm exhibited the kind of above and beyond the call of duty professionalism that is rare in today's business environment. I would heartily recommend them!

9am appointment. No call no show. Called the office and their response was oh sorry the truck is down can we reschedule? Had they called me first and said they were running late or needed to reschedule sure. But I took time off of work to meet them and no call...not acceptable at all.

PSI did a wonderful job replacing a 48 year old PVC waterline connection with a 90 foot 250 psi driscoll pipe between the house and meter near the street today for about $3,600. It took them about two hours to get it done. I did do trenching prep work before they arrived though.

Seriously overcharges on parts! A part they charged me $45 for can be found for $7 at Lowes. The guy that came out was nice and seemed competent, but the outrageous mark-up on parts is just wrong. If you can, get as many of the parts you will need elsewhere, before they come out to do the work.

Larry's service was professional, courteous and reasonably charged. The service was replacement of sink valves and was done timely and well. We highly recommend Plumbing Strategies.
