I called so many plumbing companies before I lucked out with PSI! I started calling plumbers yesterday to do a very simple job, replace a kitchen faucet. The ring around my shower arm where it meets the wall was rusted and I wanted that replaced. Ordinarily, this is a job I would do myself but then I thought, hey, I'm on vacation and I should hire it done. I should not have to crawl under a sink, right? Finally I turned to Yelp. I don't always trust reviews on Yelp and some people can be really mean and nasty just out of spite. Of the 3 tops plumbing companies, only Ryan at Plumbing Solutions, Inc. answered his phone. I left messages at 7:30 AM for the other two companies, and it is now almost 5:30 PM and nobody called me. When I spoke to Ryan, he said he would send a plumber tomorrow. But, then, later on he called to say a plumber was available right now. Great. PSI knows its stuff. Turns out my shut-off valve for the hot water would not turn off. So the plumber had to turn off all the knobs on my solar-powered water heater, which I would not have known how to do. I am soooo glad I called a professional. PSI replaced my shut-off valve, installed my faucet, and because I went from a cover over 3 holes to a one-hole faucet, he also was able to clean all the gunk off my white cast iron sink and made it all sparkly! Of course he caulked it without me having to ask him to do it. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the whole job was only $196. This is a great plumber. If I were you, I would not call any other plumbing company than PSI. Definitely 5 stars.

So great to get a call back right away! We needed same day service and they delivered - even with a long holiday weekend coming up. They kept us posted on when the plumber would be able to get to us so we weren't agonizing over it. Tony, Ryan and Eric are my heroes today!

the service was good. no complaints there. the reason for only 3 stars? my appointment was for 10:30 am. I got a call from the plumber that he wouldn't be here until at least 2 or 2:30pm. annoying. then another call around 2:45 saying he wouldn't be here until after 5pm. thats an entire day waiting for service to arrive. no impressive.

I had an issue with the bathroom sink my vacation rental. I called the property management company and they gave PSI a call. Alex and a helper arrived early (a bonus) and were very friendly and competent. I had to leave to catch a plane for Oahu for the weekend and I felt completely safe with Alex fixing the problem and leaving the rental in better condition then when they arrived. Sure enough, upon my return the problem was resolved and the room was in great condition. Much Mahalo to PSI and Alex for the excellent service.

This company is everything you hope for when you have that dreaded need of help due to a clogged toilet . . .which never happens at a convenient time. They responded qiickly. They had the appropriate equipment to handle the problem. They were courteous, informative and left no mess. They were quick, efficient and professional. More than reasonable with the bill as well. We will definitely call them for any and all of our pluming needs.

This is not a company you want to do business with. I called the emergency number after hours, having discovered an overflowing kitchen sink. An unbelievably rude lady answered and informed me that there was nothing she could do without the landlord's approval. I informed her that my landlord did not have an emergency contact information on his website. I told her that this was the type of situation that ANY landlord would ok. The lady simply did not care. Like a broken record, she kept repeating that she needed the landlord's approval. I gave up and hung up. The next day, my landlord informed me that the plumber had my landlord's emergency number all along and that they have been instructed in the past to call the landlord. So there you have it. These people are incompetent buffoons -- at best and at worst -- plain spiteful.

Can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and responsiveness of the entire team at PSI. Returned to island and discovered a shower with low water pressure that soon translated into installing a new water pressure regulator valve. Bryant and team immediately knew the problem because many of my neighbors had similar issue, so he sprung to acton. Even squeezed us in to his busy schedule on Dec 23rd and then came back to do very thorough risk assessment on Christmas Eve as the house had been a bit neglected by renter and he wanted to make sure we were safe. Just amazing. Forever grateful and would recommed Bryan and team in a heartbeat.
