My name is Michael Murphy. The housing market downturn affected both plumbing services and new construction. I joined forces with Vincent Bricca, whom I’ve known for over two decades, to create Plumbing Stars. Understanding the financial challenges homeowners encountered, we decided to cut our overhead. We streamlined operations by cutting 8 trucks, shutting down our offices, and moving out of our warehouses. Currently, as licensed Master Plumbers, we stock 2 trucks with more than $40,000 worth of supplies. We offer competitive pricing without compromising the quality our clients anticipate. Our company has grown through satisfied customers and referrals, not through high advertising costs.
