My name is Michael Murphy. The housing market downturn affected both plumbing services and new construction. I partnered with Vincent Bricca, a friend of 24 years, to establish Plumbing Stars. Understanding the financial challenges homeowners encountered, we decided to cut our overhead. We downsized by eliminating 8 trucks, closing our offices, and vacating our warehouses. Now, as both licensed Master Plumbers, we have equipped 2 trucks with over $40,000 in inventory. We offer competitive pricing without compromising the quality our clients anticipate. We have expanded not through expensive ads but by earning repeat and referral customers.
At Plumbing Stars, you’ll find two plumbing veterans, Vincent Bricca and Michael Murphy. With more than 30 years of experience addressing the plumbing requirements of both homeowners and commercial property owners in northern New Jersey, we formed a company aimed at enhancing customer service.
