Let me start off with the fact that it was my landlord who chose this company and sent them my way to handle two plumbing issues. The Squad called me up and let me know they would be by the next day. They showed up nice and early and worked with the lack of parking my complex provides. They knocked out both issues quickly without an issues.Fast, friendly and proficient service. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

Lazy, horrible service. Company was helpful and ready to do the job until they found out my water heater was on the 2nd floor of my house. Made up some excuse saying that their insurance only covered garage water heater installations. Huh?? Obviously an excuse because they didn't want to deal with the stairs. I guess will find another company that values customer service.

We had our water regulator and water heater exchanged out with water heater squad. They were professional and kind.

As a new homeowner in Las Vegas it was very hard to trust anyone that would do a honest service for a reasonable price, but plumbing squad provided both.

I originally called few companies to do a service but plumbing squad was able to get me in for the same day service for half of their competitors price.

If I ever was in need of plumber I make sure to reach out to plumbing squad.

I called Plumbing squad to get a quote for my water softener, they responded fast, he asked what I needed done and I explained what I needed done, he asked me to send a picture of what I needed done and he told me what I needed to do on my own and it would cost me nothing, so what I'm getting at, he could of came out and charged me like others would do. Plumbing Squad just showed me they are not out to take advantage on people. So you know when you need something done, give them the opportunity. Thank you Plumbing squad.

I can't tell you how happy I am with my whole house filtration and water softening system. Plumbing Squad did a great job with my water heater as well. They were efficient friendly and on-time. We called around few companies and not only they gave us the best price but the fastest service. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and family!

The plumber was scheduled to arrive at our house at 1:00 today. It is 3:23 p.m. No call, no show and he doesn't respond to our texts/calls. I am very forgiving if you are busy and may be late, but there is simply no excuse not to contact us and explain why you have not shown up. I hope to update this with a glowing review if he shows up. Fingers crossed!
Update: By calling from a different phone number at 4:40, the plumber immediately answered the phone (we had been trying for hours with no answer from the original number from which we booked the appointment). The plumber said we were not on his calendar, then searched a little more and ""found"" our appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) at 1:00! I promise WE did not misunderstand and book a Friday appointment for Saturday. We waited almost 4 hours for nothing. No apology, no professionalism. Even if he thought it was our fault, a professional businessman would say he was so sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. We are not available tomorrow and we will not pay someone who can't show up for an appointment he made only 48 hours ago. Sadly, flaky customer service is not rare, but we can do better than this.
