We have had Eddie from the Plumbing Squad come out twice. Once to access take care of a huge water leak, access where it was coming from and repair pipes. The second time he came with Alan to do another job that took some investigating and was the fault of the plumber I used before to install a toilet and did not put a wax ring in. Both Eddie and Alan are pleasant and take their job serious. I felt they were honest, reliable, and took their time to triple check that everything was okay before they left. My previous plumber would do a rush job and have to come back out. Eddie and Alan were thoroughly working to get the job done right. They also tried to save me money with tips to not have to replace things unnecessarily. I highly recommend the Plumbing Squad.

This week I had the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. I wanted to share my experience with everyone else. I noticed earlier this week that the water pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking water onto the kitchen floor. After grabbing some towels to dry the floor, I went to the yelp website to find a plumber in my area who could fix the problem. After reading numerous reviews, I came across a company called Plumbing Squad, a plumbing company based in Signal Hill. Plumbing Squad had a 5 star rating! So, I read the customer reviews and guess what? All of the reviews I read were 5 star reviews. So, I sent a message to Plumbing Squad describing my plumbing issue. I immediately began getting responses from Plumbing Squad offering to answer any questions I might have and to assist us with the plumbing problem as soon as possible. I called their office and spoke to Bethany. She was incredible! She took her time and listened to the details regarding my plumbing issue. She asked me to text photos to her of the kitchen area and the pipes below the sink so she could share them with Eddy, their plumber. After sharing information with me regarding her company, she said that Eddy could be out there the next day. Guess what! He was out there the next day. He was amazing! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately found the problem, explained the problem to us, went to Home Depot and obtained the necessary parts, and fixed the problem. When he completed the job, he insisted on cleaning the kitchen area before leaving. He asked me to go with him to his truck so he could give me a formal receipt listing charges and the parts which were purchased. As he was leaving, I made sure he knew how impressed I was with his company and that they will be my one and only plumbing company in the future!

I can't thank Eddy enough for his great service. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing to repair the leak from a p-trap. He also took the time to snake the tub drain to prevent any future clogging. Since working on my place, I have recommended Eddy from Plumbing Squad to neighbors and friends. He also made some recommendations about basic maintenance recent water heater that was installed too! I sure appreciate honest tradespeople. I'm going to make this short and sweet. This was my first experience with Plumbing Squad and it was very positive. I called them after getting an outrageous quote and a lot of b.s. about what was needed to fix my problem from another local plumbing company. The Plumbing Squad promptly sent out Eddy and he got the job done quickly. He was very honest and upfront with me. In about 30 minutes he solved the problem for 1/10th the cost of the other quote and didn't require cutting holes in the wall, cutting and soldering pipes, etc.

As I mentioned before, this was my first experience with Plumbing Squad but I will certainly call them the next time I need a prompt response from an honest plumber.

We found a mold issue in our home and were referred to Plumbing Squad by our remediation team. Bethany was on the on the phone and confirming sending the plumber to our house within minutes for a quote. Eddie did a thorough inspection of the issues, including crawling in our muddy moldy crawlspace and providing photos/videos so we could see the issues ourselves. He even did a quick stop gap on a leaking valve during mold remediation to save the situation! The quote arrived quickly, and after deciding to go with the plumbing squad, Eddie was back at our house the next morning. He fixed all our issues, including finding a very old shower cartridge replacement for our leaky shower. We were very happy with the experience. Eddie is a wonderful plumber and person! He is very kind, earnest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks plumbing squad!
