Called plumbing squad with an emergency leak under our kitchen sink and they were able to come out at the first time that worked for us. Eddie was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced the cracked valve as well as fixed a secondary dishwasher draining issue quickly and efficiently. Very happy with service and pricing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing issues.

Great first experience with Plumbing Squad! Kitchen sink was backed up on both sides late night. Contacted via Yelp first thing in the morning and received response within minutes. Bethany was super nice/friendly. The original estimate was a little higher than I wanted to spend. So I told her I'd follow-up after checking other vendors/options. Ended up Plumbing Squad was most flexible w/ quickest appt. option and similar pricing ranges. Technician John arrived within half an hour and was GREAT! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the work requested quickly/smoothly (snaked 50ft to make sure no issues for my neighbors, as I live in multi-floor building). There was a bit of an unexpected situation/complication, but John was very responsible in helping to correct issue. Taking a lot of additional time and effort to make sure all the plumbing/connections in my kitchen were in great condition before he left. Everything was all cleaned up and back to original places too!

There was a little mix up w/ invoice/billing due to the above unforeseen complication issue. But after emailing Bethany, she was very quick to clarify issue, explain confusion, and made correction for customer satisfaction.

I really appreciated all of John's hard work and efforts. He really did go above and beyond to make things right. (really nice guy too) Bethany is also very prompt and clear w/ all her communications. Truly great customer service.

I'm so glad I found Plumbing Squad. I will definitely utilize their services again in the future. Quality of service from the company vs their charges are more than reasonable. Highly recommend to others!! Thank you!

Able to come within an hour of my call, worked quickly and efficiently, and came up with a very effective improvement to some ""creative"" plumbing that's was installed in our older home which solved the problem! Thank you so much Plumbing Squad! Special mention to Eddie and Bethany, they have been so quick to respond to our concerns. The pipes in our house got clogged, water was overflowing, but Eddie did a great job in fixing it! Surprisingly, he arrived an hour early from the original appointment time, which is great! He was very professional and efficient, he was able to explain everything to us! Thanks to Bethany as well, she was so accommodating and responsive in answering my calls and messages! Excellent service. My plumber was Eddie. He was prompt, polite, professional and informative. He listened to my issue, schooled me on the mechanic and plumbing codes and made recommendations for repair. He quoted the price before he started so there were no surprises. He was in and out under an hour. I would definitely use this company again.
