I generally never bother to write reviews but I cannot recommend Plumbing Squad enough! From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. Two incredibly professional and friendly plumbers came out to provide a quote, and to my surprise, it was 60% less than other quotes!

They came out the very next day, right on time, and completed the work in under two hours (repositioned main waterline that was originally routed through cabinets through the wall) with incredible efficiency. Despite their speed, they didn't rush when it came to answering my questions. They patiently explained everything, ensuring I fully understood the work being done.

This kind of honesty, quality, and professionalism is hard to come by these days. If you need plumbing work done, look no further--they are the best in the business. Highly recommend! Will definitely be giving them a call for anything that I need plumbing related :)

We had a pinhole leak in a tight spot that they were able to diagnose and fix. Plumbing Squad was quick to come out. Eddie and Xavier were on time and quick to diagnose the issue. Started off working with Bethany in the office. She was very polite, responsive and transparent with pricing and scheduling. Price quoted was fair and held through the service visit.

My kitchen sink was clogged for a few weeks to the point where I stopped using it. I found this company online from yelp reviews. The customer service over the phone was much better than a previous plumber I spoke to. Then the technician Alan Herrera that came was on time, friendly , respectful, cleaned up after himself and was a very efficient worker. I'm satisfied with the work done and the price.

I had a water leak overnight. I spent hours on google and yelp trying to find a good plumber but it was hard to tell which reviews were genuine vs not. I finally just asked my neighbor which plumber her company used, when she had a similar problem, and she gave me Plumbing Squad contact information.

I want to thank Alan for responding so quickly. He was able to come within the hour and find the leak. First he had to determine where the leak was coming from. Once he located the area, he made a small hole in the ceiling and the leak was right there. He was able to repair the leak right away. The whole process took about 40 minutes. If your looking for a plumber that wont price gouge you I highly recommended Alan and his team.

Plumbing Squad came to my rescue 4 weeks ago. I noticed a water leak in my water heater closet which is located on the balcony of the condo. I called my condo plumbing company with the problem, that plumber ghosted me after I had discussed the issues with him on a Friday. On Saturday I called another company but was told that they don't service a condo or townhouse at the moment. I started to panic, but then I came across Plumbing Squad which is a 24/7 service company. John was able to come for initial inspection within 2 hours of the call. Right away John was able to identify where the leak was coming from. I ended up having to replace a new water heater. Both John and Xavier answered all my questions, they cleaned up the area. Both were very professional and courteous. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend Plumbing Squad to others. I will certainly use the company again for any future projects.

I called regarding an installation of a toilet and they were able to come out the next day! They also picked up the toilet and delivered it for install.
