I had an exchange with this owner about two weeks back. Turns out that his attitude was less than rude and his knowledge was at the same level. I called another contractor for a second quote and saved over 100. He missed diagnosed the problem, cannot rate his work quality but can rate is knowledge and friendliness. 3 stars is a fair evaluation.

We have a home warranty and when the garage ceiling developed a leak, the home warranty sent one of their plumbers. It was late in the evening and I could tell he was not interested in finding or trouble shooting the problem. He cut two holes in the ceiling and determined that the leak was coming from the upstairs unit. The owner of the unit was not home and so the plumber said he would return when the owner was back from out of town.

The leak persisted for three days and when we called the plumber to ascertain when he was coming back he said he wasn't and that he closed out the service order. We didn't even get a call from the home warranty company to tell us that they were closing out the order. We were already out $100.00 for the deductible. I decided to check the yellow pages and found Anas, Plumbing Specialty. I informed him of what happened with the other plumber and he could not believe that he did not do any trouble shooting.

Anas gave me some ideas on how to trouble shoot and try to isolate the problem. I did the trouble shooting he suggested and the leak stopped, which indicated that it was not the neighbors leak but my leak.

He told me that he would stop by the next morning for a FREE estimate. I told him what I did to trouble shoot the night before and he did the same thing and again the leak stopped. Within five minutes he found the leak and within a half hour it was fixed. I highly recommend Anas. He is professional, fair and provides reasonable pricing.

We are in the process of filing a complaint with the home warranty company and with the license board for the other crooked plumbing company. Thanks Anas you are our go-to plumber!

Anas took about an hour to do drainage and replaced the faucets. My shower upstairs was leaking and my kitchen sinks were flooded. People in the house were freaking out. I called him about 9:30 and he knocked on my door a bit over 10 o'clock. He estimated everything about 5 minutes. The job was starting around 10:30 and he was done by 11:30. It was amazing to me that he did both tasks very quick. I know it would take me more than an hour to replace these faucets. The price was about $200 less than the big company. I would recommend calling him if you having an emergency like I did.
