Made one call to Mike Malouf at Plumbing Specialists, he showed immediate concern to help and told us we would hear from Tony right away. As promised, Tony called immediately and was on his way. An instant later he was on the job. He quickly assessed the likely trouble and got to work. He was fast, friendly, professional,and extremely fair.

These guys are tops at what they do. I've always dreaded needing drain service, but now I know who to call, and strongly recommend. We really appreciated their way of doing business.

I work for a property management company and these guys are so dependable on getting the work done without ripping people off and causing more problems. They have saved my property owners so much money, they make all the other plumbers look bad. They'll even try at odd times to get in touch with our tenants and don't charge extra for that. They are our go to plumber!
Besides, how many plumbers do you know will attempt to rescue a baby bird that fell down a window well and get themselves injured in the process?

We have utilized plumbing specialists on two occasions. Mike always comes in with a smile and is very personable, and completes the job efficiently and doesn't leave a mess. Since we are renters, we have not had to deal with the money side of things, but our landlord has consistently chosen them for plumbing work and doesn't seem to have had any problems.

My renters were having plumbing/pipe issues after they bought a new washing machine. I called Plumbing Specialists because I had used them before and they did a good job for a reasonable price. They did a good job with my renter's plumbing issues, at a reasonable price. However, they double-billed me for their services about two months later. I called and called them, left multiple messages seeking a refund, and after a month had not yet received a call back. Finally, I had to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the double charge. My credit card company fixed the issue. Plumbing Specialists never directly contacted me.

It's unfortunate that they did a good plumbing job, but their customer service did not match. Because of their poor customer service during this situation, I will never use Plumbing Specialists again.
