Patrick of Plumbing Specialists did a thorough and craftsman-like fix of a plumbing problem in our home a few days ago. His first visit to perform what to us appeared like a simple drain clearing turned out to be a more complex and difficult problem, requiring him to remove drywall and rebuild a clothes washer drain tree with new ABS- DWV piping and cleanout, and to modify and relocate water service copper pipe. His work was meticulous and true; his soldered joints were beautiful (if you appreciate such things!) and he cleaned up after himself. He was pleasant and able to explain why he needed to do what he did in a clear, straightforward manner. No upsell on his recommendations. We were convinced that what he recommended was reasonable and fairly priced. We will definitely call him if we have another plumbing problem.

I had two different plumbers come out for an estimate. The first gave me a 1,200 option and the second(Plumbing Specialist) gave me two options. The same 1,200 option or a 400 option. I thought for my needs the 400 was good enough. As the plumber(Pat R.) looked around more, he thought I didn't need ANY changes. He said he wanted to be truly honest with me and said I didn't need any changes but if I wanted the 400 option, he would still do it.

I decided to wait for any changes and I wanted to applaud the technician's honesty with me. I'll definitely use these guys in the future. Also, thanks to Lacey(sp??) for scheduling me in to their tight schedule. I trust these guys!!

Wonderful service. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Came out on time and fixed my gas leak the same day. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. A very satisfied customer.

Fast and friendly service and very helpful. It was a easy and pleasant experience. They looked at my plumbing problem and tried to fix it but it became evident that it wasn't a plumbing issue but an electrical problem.The plumber called up for assistance and suggested someone that can help with the electric issue. They didn't charge me for coming to my house and spending time their and diagnosing my problem. Great service and super great plumbers. I would definitely give them a call for help with plumbing problems again and I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Avoid. Waited 24 hours for an appointment on a leak detection then when they arrived was told their equipment wasn't working and they left. Obvious they wanted to go home and didn't want the job. Called American Leak Detection and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. $225.

Great service, fast, professional and on time. Had a leak in my water heater and called the morning of the service, they arrived before 4 that afternoon. Were honest and we're able to fix it quickly and at an amazing price. Definitely recommend.... oh and the technician drove beautiful through my neighborhood. Thanks again

Great service. I had a leaky dishwasher and had no clue. They scheduled an appointment for the following day. Rene came out right on time (2hr window) and fixed the problem as best he could. He quotes me a price and stuck to it. Unfortunately that wasnt the only problem, my dishwasher was bad. I was kinda bummed that i had to pay and it still wasnt properly corrected. But he reassured me that the plumbing problem had to be corrected. I went ahead and replaced the dishwasher and to my horror, there was still a leak. I think/assumed that the person who installed it messes it up. But he stood strong that my plumber messed up. To make a long story short, i called Plumbing Specialist back and they agreed to send Rene back again. He actually called me ti ask what the problem was. He came out a couple days later and fixed the issue and didn't charge me.
All in all, i was satisfied with their service.

Great plumber, Eric, that they sent out. Was able to resolve a main water line issue that had troubled another plumber for 3 visits. The staff was great in getting an appointment and Eric was great in resolving the issue and communicating what he did with me. Highly recommended!

Had no water pressure, Patrick came out and within 20 minutes had solved the problem. He checked out the water heater and at the curb, as it turned out it was my soft water system. He did not charge me for the call. I highly recommend these guys. I have called them several times in the past and always have had great results.

We have used this company twice now. Both times, the tech has been nice and informative as to what is going on. Prices are reasonable. The only bad thing was they were late.
