Do Not Hire Paul Hacker Plumbing Solutions! In January Paul hacker of Plumbing Solutions was hired to replace a 72 by 36 inch tub in my master bath. I am renting my house in Olympia Washington and since I live out of state I was unable to inspect the completed job. After a couple of uses the tub shifted off the deck creating a gap between the tub and deck. It turns out that the replacement tub measured smaller than the original. I contacted the plumber directly and he absolutely refused to do anything to correct his mistake. Since he was recommended by my property management company I advised them of the shoddy work that was done by Paul Hacker of ""plumbing solutions"". Even with my property management company attempting to negotiate a remedy, Mr. Hacker refused to correct his mistake and I am left with a tub that that does not work. In thirty years of owning a home this was the worst contractor experience I have ever had. This is my first ever post. That is how strongly I feel the public should be warned about this plumber.

P.S. This issue has been going on for over 9 months, never resolved. I guess I always would have an ill fitted tub.
