I noticed a small leak in the ceiling directly below our 2nd floor bathroom. I knew it needed to be dealt with quickly, so I was excited when they said they could send someone that same day. They confirmed the technician would be there before noon. Well noon came and went, and no one showed up, and they didn't not call me. So I called them again, and they apologized, and said it turns out the technician couldn't come until the next morning.

The next morning no one showed up again, and again they did not inform me of this. When I called again to check, they said the technician was not even in yet, but would be available that afternoon. But since they had lost all credibility with me, I decided I needed to find someone else.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but by confirming that someone could come, and then no-showing, and then confirming that someone could come the next day and no-showing again, they not only wasted my a lot of my time waiting around, the water damage also continued. If they had simply said they could not send someone that day, then I would have continued to call around to find someone.

My friend and I have been incredibly impressed by Plumbing Solutions.  Our water heater died on a Friday and they were able to get us hot water again for the weekend. We had great communication with the owner and office as they trouble shot the problem while ordering parts. Our tech Adrian was also very professional and resolved our problem quickly. Responsive, smooth operation. The team has someone who manages all the communication, scheduling and invoicing details. They were organized and come off as experienced. I can't speak to the value as they worked directly with my landlord on work and cost estimates before executing on approved work. They worked with me on scheduling and that went smoothly: the plumber arrived on time and was communicative on what needed to be completed and when.

Very professional and very quick to respond. We had a clogged kitchen drain that had given us troubles before and this time it wasn't getting any better. We called and they sent mike out the next day. He was helpful, respectful, wore a mask and also explained what caused the issue and how to help prevent it from happening again. Raffi did a great job fixing our garbage disposal in the kitchen and replacing a broken faucet in the bathroom.  He and his coworker showed up in face masks, gloves and shoe covers for Covid Safety.  They were professional and thorough and charged us the same price as quoted during the pre-visit estimate. Also they were able to come within 24-48hrs after the initial contact through Yelp.
