I wish there was a negative rating that you could give them.
If you want incompetent people working for you, then hire them, but at that point may be you could do a better job yourself than them. They will tell you that something is working as it should, because they don't want to admit that it was not done correctly in the first place. Apparently they were hired by the builder of my new home. The faucet seal in the bathroom cannot keep water from leaking under the counter when there is water around it on top of the counter and leaks under sink into the cabinet underneath. They won't consider fixing this issue as warranty work and will not fix. Telling me that ""this is how it should be, just make sure that water does not spill around or back, and if it does quickly clean with a rag"", May be either they have never seen a sink or never put a faucet that actually have water lines attached to it. This is a sink and we will have water spill around the faucet.
They put seal on 2 faucets to fix it, but won't for the others because that is considered extra work. How is this extra work when you are fixing bad workmanship.
Will not even consider hiring them for anything. Only have to deal with these incompetent people because of my home warranty.
