Our bathroom is finished and we could not be happier with Plumbing Solutions. We had one of those projects that if something could go wrong it did, our pipes are very old. Jerry and his staff made the process so much easier for us. Carla in the office did a great job coordinating the work and keeping us updated. The owner truly cares about his work and reputation, he moved mountains and was able to keep our project very close to budget

I called plumbing solutions and scheduled a free estimate to have them look at the train in my laundry room. They were able to come out at my desired time, which was after 3 PM. The tech Mike was on time and very nice, he took a look at my drain in the laundry room and determined that I did not need service. I also had him look at my irrigation line that was leaking. He informed me that the PVC pipe that connected with the copper pipe was not faceted properly.

He told me it could be replaced now or I could schedule a later time which I did. The following day I got a phone call at 3:10 PM from Mike saying that the work had been completed. I paid over the phone and came home to see that everything looked great and wasn't leaking.

The only down fall was there were pieces of insulation left on the ground in front of the pipe. Not large pieces but just a few small pieces no bigger than a quarter.

Other than that I was very happy with their work and would recommend them. I'm not sure if I paid a fair price but I feel like what I paid I'm very happy with.

They gave me an estimate of 10,000 (lies)!!! That went down to $750 and then back up to $2800 ?!?!?!?!?! And that's just the estimate.

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. By the time I contacted Plumbing Solutions of Nevada, I knew everything that needed to be done and the prices of EVERYTHING, (and had about 5 estimates at the time) I would just act like I didn't know!!

I told hope who works for their Recorded answering service. The entire situation and what exactly needed to be done.

On 7-25-17 Mike from Plumbing Solutions of Nevada arrives and Starts telling me all kinds of extra things that need to be done now. almost every plumber added something (get more than one estimate) but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing how much his guy was lying to me right in my face and Then calls the company to go over a few things and comes back and gives me an estimate of $10,000 for the whole house to be re-piped. Obviously this company has no communication, because I explained to their answering service agent Hope, that only from the mainline to the garage needed to be re-piped. Our house is under construction so you can see that it doesn't need to be re-piped (Open walls) so I finally told Mike how full of s*** he is. Then I basically did his job and tell him exactly what needs to be done. Mike then calls someone named Jerry comes back toand give me an estimate of $750. That's a big difference!!!!!!

Then I called the company and talk to someone named Carol who states she is the Operating Manager. I advise Carol of the situation and I asked her if she could send me a plumber that knows what they're doing, which she agreed to send her senior technician.

On 7-27-17 at about, 9am Sean B arrived at my house but unfortunately Pure Plumbing (Who I would definitely recommend over Plumbing Solutions) had arrived about 10 minutes earlier, so I was trying to work with both plumbers at the same time. Long story short Sean basically told me that Mike gave me a very low price which he was not gonna make any money off and that I was the one going to win out of that deal. I had an estimate lower than the $750 they gave me! From another Plumbing Company so that's another lie. Then he gives me the estimate of $2800 WHAT!!!!!!! How is it that much more now. The worst part is he was trying to charge me $1000 to dig up the pipe, about 10 feet of soft dirt. I mean the hardest part is not breaking the pipe, but is being replaced which makes it a very easy job. I even went to Home Depot had two workers follow me and give me an estimate of $250. (and these guys aren't cheap) but I honestly can do it, in about an hour and a half!!!

From my experience Plumbing Solution of Nevada, is completely unprofessional, confusing and overall, nothing more than a rip off!!

plumbing solution of nevada sent out a plumber to check out kitchen clug on my condo. plumber attempted and then said regular snaking wouldnt work and sale pitched me to water jet the line for additional $450. I turned down the offer and paid the guy $49. I then called 2 different companies for 2nd opinions and both of em told me that there was no way to water jet the line in the condo building since the lines werent built for the pressure. I asked one of the plumbers out to take a look and 2nd plumber from Elliott's sewer and drain service was able to unclogged the kitchen line with regular snakes in FIVE MINUTES. OH MY GOD!!! That means the plumber from solution of nevada tried to scam me for unnecessary services. I would stay away from this crook company with a 10 foot sticks

I feel I have been taken advantage of by Plumbing Solutions because of my lack of knowledge of plumbing. I hired them to install a shower head, tub spout, and the handles to turn them on. I agreed to pay $300 even though that was pricey. I had to purchase all of the parts separately from Lowes. I gave the box with all of the parts to the plumber and he did the installation. After the plumber finished, the water did not work, so I had to call the office to get a second plumber out to fix it. He said I needed new cartridges in the valves without even taking off the shower handle. This cost me an additional $350! The cartridges were in the box that I gave to the original guy who came out. They said I only hired them to install a ""trim kit,"" and the water did not work prior to their visit. This is not accurate. The first plumber accused me of lying to him about the water working. He was not courteous at all, and he hung up on me when we were discussing this on the phone. I got taken, and do not recommend these guys. I asked their GM how much it should cost to install a shower head, tub spout, and the handle. She said she did not know, and would have to talk to the plumber. All together, I had to pay $650 to get the job done. They said they would look into the issue, but nothing has been done.

Sean came over to ck for leaks from previous repair. No charge as work was rock solid. We have used this Company several times. Home is 45 years old. We have another leak under slab in different location. We will use again soon. Great patience and understanding.

I had a clogged toilet and my handyman couldn't get to the blockage. He told me he saw an advertisement for $49 for a drain cleaning and gave me Plumbing Solutions phone number. That price sounded reasonable so I figured the rest of their menu of services would be reasonable too. I was able to schedule an appointment within 1 business day.

The plumber took a look at the toilet and quoted me $225 to remove the toilet and put it back when he was done, and $149 to snake it. I agreed.

This didn't solve the problem though and he said the clog was a hard object lodged in the toilet. There was nothing we could do but buy a new toilet. He quoted me an additional $700. I told him that was really expensive. He said he could take off $200 for some of the labor since the toilet had already been removed and 1/2 of that work was done. I said it was still too expensive. I decided to cut my losses and have my handyman do the work.

I asked him not to reseat the old toilet and asked if there'd be a discount since that portion of the work was not going to be done. He said ""no"" that's not how billing worked. You pay one price for removing and reseating a toilet. He offered to take the old toilet down to the garage so I accepted.

After he left, I called my handyman and we purchased a toilet for $170. He charged me $80 for installation. Now I know, my handyman is not a licensed plumber so it may not be fair to compare their services. But this is a huge difference in price. My handyman was really surprised to hear what they charged me to begin since the prices they advertised seem very competitive.

In the future, I'll work with Pure Plumbing when I need a licensed plumber. I've worked with them multiple times on my rentals and I'm quite sure they wouldn't have asked me to pay nearly $1000 to replace a toilet.

I have used Plumbing Solutions of Nevada twice now and both time I have had excellent work done at a reasonable price.
This time I had a toilet that preferred to not refill after flushing. Our nonexistent plumbing skills told us nothing. We called and Sean came to the rescue. Sean was very nice and helpful. He gave an idea of what the problem might be and a quote in the 130ish range. He got to work right away and surprised me by coming back out around 15 minutes later. It wasn't the issue he had originally thought, it became something simpler.
He could have easily left the quote as the price and I wouldn't have known otherwise. Instead he told me it was at least $40 off the original price. I appreciate a company that hires good helpful people and doesn't take advantage of their customers. I'll definitely be calling them again if I encounter any more plumbing issues.

My experience with Plumbing Solutions started out great. I needed someone to install a washing machine pan in my upstairs laundry room. When I called the phones had been transferred to the owner Jerry who was so nice and helpful. He took down my info and told me to call the office in the morning.

The next morning Carla in the office called me first thing and offered to have someone come out that day. My washer and dryer were being delivered the following week so I opted to wait since I didn't plan on putting my old washer back in the pan. She set me up with an appt the following Wednesday morning between 9-12. I thought she said they would call and confirm the night before but I could have misunderstood. I didn't receive that confirmation call so a little after 12 I called to check on the status. I spoke with Carla who after asking my name said Oooooo. Which made me feel like my appointment was forgotten. She put me on hold and came back and said that the appointment before mine was running long. I was polite and not trying to be a pain. I asked if she had a time frame because I had to pick up my kids at 3pm (which is why I scheduled a AM appt). She seemed annoyed and said she would call the technician. She called me back and let me know he would be here around 2pm.

When he arrived I showed him the area and what needed to be done. Installing a washer pan is an easy job. The only reason I hired someone was because I do not have the tools to cut the drain hole in the thick plastic pan. He seemed a little confused and said he needed parts. I told him what I had was exactly what was there before . The old pan was cracked and I bought a new one. He left to go get the parts and returned an hour later telling me he could do it two ways, the way it was before with no additional parts needed or he could use a part he bought and drill a bigger hole in my floor for the drain and more $$$. He said both options would work fine. Ok so why even offer me the other option? Obviously he didn't need any parts and just wasted another hour when he could have installed the pan already. He was a nice guy but it was a little frustrating. Once he got to work it took about 10 min for him to install the pan. I'm happy with the final product just wish it would have went a little smoother.
