Submitted a quote request on Yelp and received 5 responses. 2 wanted to charge me a service fee to give a quote and 3 plumbing companies offered complimentary quote. The 3 plumbing technicians that came out were roughly priced around the same price, but Plumbing Solutions of NV offered me a sizeable new customer/Yelp discount. They had great reviews and I hired them right away. Carlos communicated well when he was on his way. He installed my new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, pedestal sink and replace new bathtub trim. I was able to demo the existing sink and Carlos was able to use existing sink and pipes since they were in good condition. He worked efficiently, was neat, explained any challenges and came up with solutions to keep the cost around original quote.

Fast forward 3 weeks later and the washer installer said I needed to have the valves replaced; Plumbing Solutions of Nevada were at the top of my list. Carla was able to send Carlos back out and he installed new valves in a timely manner so I could get my new washer installed. I hope to not need their services for awhile, but if I have any plumbing issues in the future they will definitely be my ""go to"".

Called Plumbing Solutions on a recommendation from my Neighbor. Had a broken drip system in the backyard. Call a plumber?? Really?? So I did. They came out within the hour as stated on the phone. Chris did an excellent job. Quoted a very reasonable price and had it repaired in under an hour. Very professional and courteous as well as the gal who answered the phone. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues, but if I do, I'm calling these people again. Very happy with their service.

Without a doubt, Sean is the best. He is honest, genuine, thorough and extremely helpful. He will guide you and tell you what are the plans and also takes the time to examine the issue. We had a water heater and he looked at the box and told us we needed an electrician to input a new outlet for it to work. It's the little things like that, that helps us out a bunch. It's really nice to come by someone who just wants to do good work and putting in all their efforts.

About a week ago I flushed my toilet and could hear the water going down the pipes. Instant. PANIC. I'm a fairly new homeowner and thought I'd be starring as Shelley Long in The Money Pit! I dreaded calling a plumber. After doing some research, I took a deep breath and decided on Plumbing Solutions because they have good reviews on Yelp. I called them at 1:06pm and Sean was at my door by 2:09! He was super professional, friendly and knew exactly what the problem was! He even showed me where to turn off my water should I ever have a leak/flood inside my home (it was covered by boxes! Lol). The pricing was super reasonable for my quick fix. SO happy to have found this company and keep my walls intact. THANKS SEAN!

Had an emergency plumbing issue with a leak today and Plumbing Solutions sent Cesar out to come repair it. He was super nice, professional, and made sure that we understood everything that was going on, and why the problem occurred. I appreciate how quickly he resolved the problem as well without leaving us without water for too long. He is an awesome tech and if we ever need any other plumbing assistance we will be going with Plumbing Solutions. And we can only hope that they send Cesar! Thanks again Cesar!!

Today Cesar came out to the house. I have had a serious clog in the kitchen. He was so wonderful and patient and took his time until he solved the issues. The prices here are very fair as well....so you cannot go wrong...but MAKE SURE to ask for Cesar because he went above and beyond to get the job done. Love him. A nice caring person which is so hard to find in the service industry in this town!!!!!!!!!

My bathroom drains had become slow draining and gurgling. It was time to put them right. I had used Plumbing Solutions before to replace some washing machine fittings and were quite pleased. I called in the morning and the pleasant receptionist set me up for the afternoon. Sean was our man on the job. He investigated the situation, explained how he was going ahead, and had us finished within the hour. Great service and great price. This is now my go-to plumbing company!

You ""Not good"" Is an understatement! I had leaks in my hot water line identified on both sides of a wall. They sent two men with a jackhammer and a sledge hammer. They spent 20 manhours shattering the 4"" concrete floors and installing and soldering 2 3/4"" fittings on a 6' 3/4"" copper tube. They came in a huge Plbg Van but had to go to the hardware store @ $250 an hour for supplies. Next day I got a billing increase of $2000 because they said they didn't know there were leaks on both sides of the wall. They did and I did. I agreed to the deal because they had now gone into my Insurance. I was prepared when they returned to finish and took pictures as they proceeded. They put plastic sheet over the six feet of copper tube with a 2 inch void under it. The 300 to 500 Lb of new concrete would probably break the old tubing in the Bath area. I insisted they remove the plastic and put under and over the tube and compact it to take the weight of the concrete. Of course they had no dirt! I loaned them 15 ""Gallons of dirt"" which they compacted with their gloved hands - certainly not to an engineering spec but better than nothing. They then put plastic sheeting over the dirt and out over the old concrete. I insisted they stuff the sheeting under the old concrete so the new concrete could adhere - if they cleaned and wet the old concrete - you guessed - didn't happen! The concrete that was used obviously had too much ""cure"", was so hot you could not touch it for a day and remained hot to warm for 4+ days. There are also multiple concentric and other cracks and separation from the old floor. I've put in a complaint to the Contractor's Board. You thought that was the end? Couple of weeks later, my landscape started showing stress. Tried turning up the time and hand watering - No luck. Turned system to manual and checked sprinklers. nothing! Assumed my old control had failed. Called a maintenance Company and a person came out, looked at the controls and found nothing wrong. He looked a little more and asked where the shutoff was. I said ""What shutoff?"". He walked around the house, went behind a bush and under some insulation and turned on the valve - magic- water! I called the water company and asked if they could find out when my usage went down and they said yes. Yep - you guessed it! May 14, the day they started the repairs.

Me and my boyfriend needed a good drain cleaning for our master shower. Come to find out drains connected to sink and tub were also backed up. The technician Sean was more than helpful and explained everything possible to us. He acquired so much knowledge regarding the drains I hope he starts his own business. Thank you a ton Sean and plumbing solutions for fixing our shower. Now to go and take a long deserved bath thanks to this wonderful company.
