Found them doing a google search early in the morning cause I was desperate to get my toilets working again. Ken made me think I was getting a deal at $250 because they usually charge $149 per toilet to auger. Lo and behold I see these reviews and visit their website and ITS $49 TO AUGER A DRAIN! How shady. Overcharged me by $150. Unbelievable.

I had a pipe break on the side of my house last night, so I had to shut the water off to my home. Ken came out this morning and fixed it and got my water running again. He helped by explaining what he was doing and things to look for in regards to other possible issues. He was super friendly and got the job done quickly, but efficiently.
